Batonnage is done twice a week for two months of this time. No racking. Many Muscadet wines are usually clean and crisp, with little complexity from the sur lie, but Pesnot's wines are characterized by fullness and rich fruit flavors. 日本でも人気の高いロワールのつくり手、マルク・ペノのフラッグシップ的ミュスカデの白。 ラ・ボエームとは、「勝手気ままな人生を送る人」、「自由人」という意味。AOCの枠から出て、自由にワインを造る道を選んだペノ氏の生き方を象徴するネーミング。ラベルのデザインは、世界的に有名なベルギーの漫画｢タンタンTINTIN｣の作者によるもの。 This is the flagship Muscadet white of Marc Pesnot, a vigneron from Loire who is also popular in Japan. The name symbolizes the way of life of Mr. Penot, who chose to leave the framework of the AOC and make wine freely.The label was designed by the creator of the world-famous Belgian cartoon "Tintin".
