Guillaume. One day in a cave, Guillaume bumped into Jérôme Jouret, a natural wine maker in the Ardèche region of the Southern Rhône. From that day on, Guillaume was fascinated by the world of wine and trained under Jérôme for about five years before finally starting his own winery and harvesting his first wine in 2011. In 2011, he finally started his own winery and realized his first harvest. He practices organic farming, taking care of the soil by plowing the vineyards with horses, and has already obtained Eco-Sale certification. The wine is fermented with natural yeast and no antioxidants are used during vinification.
