The wine becomes more flamboyant with time, adding to its angular softness and elegant impression. \\About Vigneron 生産者について// ジェラルド ウーストリック – ル マゼル / Gerard Oustrich – Le Mazel ローヌ南部アルデッシュの小さな村ヴァルヴィニエールに位置しており、現在20haのブドウ畑を所有しております。 ブドウ栽培は祖父により1919年から始まり、父や現当主のジェラルドにより大きく成長しました。 ジェラルドは、1984年より父の元で働き始めました。当時、ブドウはヴァルヴィニエール協同組合のワイナリーへ卸していました。80年代に入り化学肥料や農薬、除草剤などが蔓延しただけでなく、販売率を優先したワイン造りや不自然なワイン造りが多くなっている時代でした。そのような時に、ジャック・ネオポールとマルセル・ラピーエールに出会い、化学肥料や亜硫酸、培養酵母などを使わず自然で高品質なワインを造る事が出来ると知り、1997年より自ら醸造を手掛けるようになりました。100％天然酵母、酵素やビタミン、亜硫酸の無添加。清澄やろ過も行っておらず出来るだけ自然な造りを心がけ、フルーティーで香り豊かなワインを造る事を心がけています。 Located in Valvigneyre, a small village in the Ardèche region of the southern Rhône, Gerard Oustrich currently owns 20 hectares of vineyards.
