Non-filtered. 2020年は天候に恵まれ質と量ともに満足のいく年となった。健全果が多く、高い酸度を保ったまま収穫を迎える事ができた。発酵の速度が例年よりも早かったため、短いマセレーション。フェノール分の熟度もたかく色づきもよく熟成へのポテンシャルも高い。一部、樽での長期熟成の実験を現在もおこなっている。ヴァンサンのワインの評価が近年うなぎ上りであがっており、蔵だし即完売が状態がつづいている。 The year 2020 was blessed with good weather conditions and a satisfactory year in terms of quality and quantity. The harvest was blessed with a large number of healthy grapes and high acidity levels. Fermentation was faster than usual, resulting in a short maceration. The phenolic content of the grapes was high, and the wine has good color and good potential for aging. Some of the wines are still being experimented with long-term aging in barrels. The finish is rich in delicacy. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Domaine Gross ドメーヌ・グロス - Vincent Gross ヴンサン・グロス 当主であるVincentの曾祖父であるHanry Grossが1950年に1.5haの畑を購入。当時は栽培した葡萄を販売し生計を立てていたが、1965年から祖父のLouis Grossがワインを造りはじめる。1980年にVincentの父であるRémy Grossが現在のワイナリー、Domaine Grossを設立、畑は2.5haまで増える。 南仏やアルザスのクライデンヴァイスでの研修を終えたVincent Grossが2006年より醸造、栽培に加わり直ぐさまビオディナミ農法を取り入れる。2010年にVincentが当主に就任。現在は畑は10haまでに増え、祖父、父、母、Vincent(現在37歳)の三世代でワインを造り続けている。 畑の多くは粘土、泥土、石灰。アルザストップのミュスカが生産されるGC Goldertを所有する。 品種本来の香りを引き出しテロワールを最大限に表現すること重要視している。エチケットはVincentの息子のLouis君と娘のCharleneが描いた。毎年エチケットのデザインが変わる。 Hanry Gross, Vincent's great-grandfather, purchased 1.5 ha of vineyards in 1950. In 1980, Vincent's father, Rémy Gross, founded the current winery, Domaine Gross, increasing the vineyard area to 2.5 ha. Vincent Gross joins the winery in 2006 after training in southern France and Kreidenweisse in Alsace, and immediately adopts biodynamic viticulture. The vineyards have now grown to 10 hectares, and three generations of the family (grandfather, father, mother, and Vincent, now 37 years old) continue to make wine. Most of the vineyards are clay, mud, and lime. They own GC Goldert, where Alsace's top Muscats are produced. The emphasis is on bringing out the original aromas of the variety and expressing the terroir to the fullest. The etiquettes were drawn by Vincent's son, Louis, and daughter, Charlene. The design of the etiquettes changes every year.
