No sulfites added \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Tiberi ティベリ Umbria – Monte Petriolo, Perugia 全て亜硫酸無添加ワイン All sulfite-free wines ウンブリアの州都ペルージアより南西に15km、モンテペトロイオという人口200人程の小さな農村にある農家ティベリは、150 年、6代に渡り農業を続けている。しかしワイン醸造の歴史は浅く、2013年が初ボトリングである。現在は6代目にあたるフェデリコ がブドウ畑を管理。本格的にブドウ栽培を行い始めた60年前より、出来た果実はそのまま組合へ販売。自家消費用のみをダミジ ャーナと小さな樽一つで醸造。3.5haある畑には、古い樹で60歳のグレケットが残っており、ティベリ家が当初より行ってきた無農 薬・無飼料という農業はこの家の歴史であり土地の歴史でもある。醸造は至ってシンプル。それぞれのブドウは収穫時に混ぜられ、自然酵母での発酵を行う。ただブドウを発酵させ・落ち着かせる。そのシンプルすぎる工程をシンプルに行うだけのワインは、ある意味とても貴重で素晴ら しい飲み物、添加物は一切無し、亜硫酸無添加、ノンフィルター、現代のワイン技術・生産とはかけ離れたワイン造りを行う貴重な生産者である。 Located in Monte Petriolo, a small farming village with a population of about 200, 15km southwest of Perugia, the capital of Umbria. Tiberi has been farming for 150 years and six generations. However, the history of winemaking is young and the first bottling was in 2013. Today, Federico, the sixth generation, manages the vineyards. Since the beginning of viticulture 60 years ago, the fruit is sold directly to the cooperative. The 3.5 hectare vineyard has 60 year old grekets on the old vines, and the Tiberi family's agricultural practices of no chemicals and no feed are part of the history of the family and the land. Vinification is very simple. Each grape is mixed at harvest time and fermented with natural yeasts. Just let the grapes ferment and settle. No additives, no sulfites, no filters.
