Rich in minerality with a very refreshing finish! Hand-harvested. All varietals are mixed vinified and 100% destemmed. Direct pressing. Aged for 6 months in enamel tanks. The wine has a rose aroma, hence the name "6 Roses". The name of this cuvée is derived from the French word "Cirrhose", meaning "cirrhosis". \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Domaine Benjamin Taillandier ドメーヌ・ベンジャミン・タイヤンディエ ベンジャミンは、医者と針治療の先生の息子として誕生したが、ジャン・バチスト・セナやマクシム・マニョン、ジョゼフ・ランドロンのワインに影響されてワインの世界へ。農業及び醸造学のディプロムや経済のライセンスを取得後、ジャン・バチスト・セナの下で働き、2003年から2004年に渡りジャン・セバスチアンのコラボレーターとして働く。2004年から2008年まで、シャトー・クランサックで栽培及び醸造責任者として働いていた時期に、Villeneuve　Minervoisに接するブドウ畑に一目惚れ。跡取りがいない子の畑のブドウ木をオーナーが引き抜く直前に、運良く購入。27歳になった彼は、2006年の11月に、このガリッグに囲まれているシスト土壌、グルナッシュやシラーのヴィエイユ・ヴィーニュが植えてある畑からワイン造りをスタート。合成化学は使用せず、ブドウとテロワールを尊重、醸造中もほぼ手を加えない。最大のフレッシュ感を引き出し、喜びを感じるワインを造る事に心掛けている。 Benjamin was born the son of a doctor and an acupuncturist, but was influenced by the wines of Jean Baptiste Senat, Maxime Mannion, and Joseph Landron to enter the wine world. After obtaining a diploma in agriculture and oenology and a license in economics, he worked for Jean Baptiste Senat and then as a collaborator with Jean Sebastien from 2003 to 2004. He fell in love at first sight with the vineyards bordering Villeneuve Minervois. At the age of 27, he started making wine in November 2006 from a vineyard planted with Grenache and Syrah Vieilles Vignes on schist soils, surrounded by this garrigue. No synthetic chemicals are used, respecting the grapes and terroir, and virtually no intervention during vinification. The wines are made with the greatest possible freshness and pleasure.
