This is a wine that has been handed down from generation to generation since the days when the term "natural wine" did not exist. \about Vigneron 生産者について/ Bois Moisset ボン・モワセ　Phillip Maffre フィリップ・マッフル 1993年にドメーヌを引き継ぎ、1999年にビオ栽培で自分のワインを造り始めた。2007年、ビオディナミをスタート。現在は15haの畑でブドウ造りをしている。ブドウ畑の周りには牛を放牧、農作物を栽培、将来的には畑の周りを森で囲み一体となった環境を作り上げる構想だ。 川が近く、水が豊富な土地で「ボワ」＝森、「モワセ」＝湿った、から由来した蔵元名。 He took over the domaine in 1993 and started making his own wine in 1999 under bioculture. 2007, he started biodynamic practices. He currently farms 15 hectares of vineyards. He plans to graze cattle around the vineyards, grow crops, and in the future, create a forest around the vineyards to create an integrated environment. The name of the brewery is derived from "bois" = forest and "moisset" = wet, as the land is near a river and has abundant water.
