The wine has a slightly pale red color with a hint of orange. The nose has a fruity aroma that conveys the freshness of ripe red fruit juice that has been gently squeezed, with aromas of humus, flint, cardamom, coriander, nutmeg, and other spices. The delicate touch flows smoothly and cleanly into the mouth, where the angular and gentle acidity intertwines with the sweetness of the red fruit to give a soft impression. The wine's clear, lovely red fruit flavors are blended with earth and spice flavors that spread out over a wide area like a crescendo with a sense of depth and profundity. Further aging will bring out its complexity and delicacy. \\from Importer 生産者について// ミッシェル・ギニエ Michel Guignier フルーリーから北西方面にあるヴォールナール村で、1954年に父と二人で創業した。当時から有機栽培に取り組み、その後クリスチャン デュクリューの影響を受けてビオディナミへ転向。2007年にdemeter（デメテール）の認証を取得した。 現在は、可能な区画は全て馬で耕作している。ミッシェルは、品質の高いワインを造るための大切な要素がブドウ栽培にあると考え、当初は総面積17haから始めた畑を7haに大幅縮小、他の生産者が使う農薬や除草剤などの影響を避けるため、残りの土地は全て牧草地に変えた。 醸造は全てセミ マセラシオンカルボニック、一貫して亜硫酸無添加、フィルターも清澄作業もしていない。そのためか、新しいエチケットには「Vin Pur Jus」（果汁100%のワイン）と印字してされている。 In the village of Vaulnard, northwest of Fleurie, he and his father started the winery in 1954. They have been organically farming since then, and later switched to biodynamics under the influence of Christian Ducroux, and obtained demeter certification in 2007. Currently, all possible plots are farmed with horses. Michel believes that viticulture is an important factor in producing high quality wines, so he drastically reduced the vineyard size from the original 17 hectares to 7 hectares, and converted all the remaining land to pasture to avoid the effects of pesticides and herbicides used by other producers. All vinification is semi-maceration carbonic, no sulfites are consistently added, and there is no filtering or fining. Perhaps that is why the new etiquette is printed "Vin Pur Jus" (100% juice wine).
