Pardeburg. Dry farming, bush vines. Hand-harvested, after selection, whole clusters pressed, transferred to old oak barrels, and fermented. Bottled unfiltered. \\About Vigneron 生産者について// インテレゴ Intellego - ヤルゲン・ガウズ Jurgen Gouws スワートランドきっての暴れん坊でファンキーかつクレイジーなヤルゲン。その性格とは裏腹な、繊細で、ユニークなタイプのワインを造る。エルゼンバーグカレッジで醸造学と栽培学の学位取得。その後、旅人になり、フランスの各地やニュージーランド、ロシア、スペインを巡る。その際、南仏のマタッサで修業したことがきっかけで、自然派ワインにのめり込み、2010年からラムズフックにてアシスタントとしてクレイグホーキンスとともに働く。彼の目指すところは、ぶどうの個性を存分に出していることと、そして、スワートランドのテロワールの特性が出ていることがこだわりです。 Järgen is one of Swartland's most rambunctious, funky and crazy people. Despite his personality, he makes a delicate, unique type of wine. He holds a degree in oenology and viticulture from Elsenberg College. He then became a traveler, visiting various parts of France, New Zealand, Russia, and Spain. While there, he trained at Matassa in the south of France, which led him to get into natural wines and work with Craig Hawkins as an assistant at Ram's Hook since 2010. His goal is to bring out the full personality of the grape and his commitment to the characteristics of the Swartland terroir.
