Non-filtered bottling. \\from Importer インポーターコメント// 前回のヴィンテージが日本で人気が出て、早々に売り切れになってしまった第二弾。 若干の濁りのある、綺麗な色合いのレモンイエロー。 レモン、青りんご、グレープフルーツ、甘夏の皮といった柑橘系の風味から洋ナシ、熟した黄色の果実、ナッツの風味、若干還元からのスモーキーな香りやエルダーフラワーといったフローラルな香りも。 やや高めの酸味や塩味といったミネラル感、時間と共に酸化のニュアンス、ミルキーな風味も広がり、ワイン単体より何か食事が欲しくなるタイプ。 This is the second vintage after the previous vintage became so popular in Japan that it sold out quickly. The wine has a beautiful lemon yellow color with some cloudiness. It has citrus flavors of lemon, green apple, grapefruit, and sweet summer peel, as well as pear, ripe yellow fruit, and nuts, with some smoky notes from reduction and floral notes such as elderflower. The wine has a slightly high acidity, saline minerality, and with time, oxidative nuances and milky flavors spread out, making it the type of wine that makes you want something to eat rather than wine by itself. \\About Vigneron 生産者について// ザ・ブラック・スミス - トレメイン・スミス The Black Smith - Tremayne Smith インパクトのある見た目、そしてラベルのロックな世界観からは想像できないくらい、本当に優しく穏やかなトレメイン。 ヤスパーと同様にワインが性格を表現していると言っていいほど、ワインは優しさが垣間見えます。 フランス、カリフォルニアなどで修行をし、スワートランドの御三家といわれている、マリヌーで醸造長を務めながら、その傍らで自身のブランド「ザ・ブラック・スミス」を造り始め、極少量ではあるが、世界に向け、販売を開始。 その後、大手のファーブルマウンテンに引き抜かれ、醸造長を担当。まだまだファーブルマウンテンの醸造がメインではあるが、近い将来の独立を目指し、最近では、ぶどう栽培に関してヤクさんとパートナーシップをくみ、 いろんなオーガニックのぶどうを獲得できるように 日々努力しています。 Tremaine is truly gentle and serene, which is hard to imagine from its impactful appearance and the rocky world of its label. The wines show glimpses of gentleness, so much so that one could say that the wines express the personality as well as Yasper. After training in France and California, Tremaine worked as the head winemaker at Mullineux, one of the three Swartland wineries, while also producing his own brand, "The Black Smith," which he began selling worldwide, albeit in very small quantities. Later, he was brought in by a major company, Fable Mountain, and took on the role of head brewer. Although his main focus is still brewing for Fable Mountain, he is aiming to become independent in the near future. Recently, he has formed a partnership with Yak regarding grape cultivation and is working hard to acquire various organic grapes.
