The vines are approximately 18 years old (20%), 43 years old (40%), 51 years old (40%) Moulon de Bourgogne and 55 years old Folle Blanche. The Moulon de Bourgogne was pressed slowly for 6-10 hours, and the Folle Blanche was fermented and aged sur lie for 21 months in a glass fiber tank and a slainless steel tank. The sharp acidity of citrus fruits such as pomelo gives a refreshing impression throughout, while the slightly swollen fruitiness of citrus peel confections and pineapple, as well as the fresh fruitiness of white flowers, spreads out.
