Only ripe, healthy grapes were hand-picked, sorted, destemmed, crushed, macerated for 10 hours, pressed, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and aged sur lie. The wine is bottled unfiltered and without antioxidants. \\from Importer インポーターコメント// 典型的なチェリーのアロマと繊細な花の香りを持つ、アロマティックでさわやかで非常に軽く、余韻のすもも感が特徴的なチャーミングで可愛らしいロゼ。 Charming and pretty rosé with typical cherry aromas and delicate floral notes, aromatic, crisp and very light, with a lingering pluminess. \\about Vigna 生産者について// ベルトルト・ヘイダー Berthold Haider 代々農業の家系で育ったベルトルト。両親はワインを樽で販売していたため、小さい頃から家業を継ぐことを考えており、クロスターノイブルクにあるぶどう栽培と果実栽培の高等連邦大学を卒業する。その後、農業協会でコンサルタントとして数年間働き、1993年に実家を継ぐと、ワインを輸出用としてボトルで初めて販売開始。1999年より殺虫剤、除草剤の使用をやめ、2016年にはオーガニックの認証、2018年にはデメターの認証を取得。 ニビルのヨセフからの紹介で繋がったベルトルト。ワインのほとんどが輸出向けとなっているせいか、まだほぼ無名な存在と言っていいくらい、オーストリアではほぼ知られていない。ハンガリーのクリスティヌス同様、今までに日本に輸入されていなかったことが不思議なくらい掘り出しものと言っても過言ではない。良質なワインは日常にあるべきという彼のモットーがアフリカンブラザーズのワインに対する考え方とまさに同じで、非常に共感でき、改めて紹介してくれたニビルに感謝したい。 Bertolt grew up in a family that has been farming for generations. His parents sold wine by the barrel, and he knew from an early age that he wanted to take over the family business, graduating from the Higher Federal University of Viticulture and Fruit Growing in Klosterneuburg. He then worked for several years as a consultant for an agricultural association, and in 1993 he took over the family business and began selling wine in bottles for export for the first time; since 1999 he has stopped using pesticides and herbicides, and in 2016 he obtained organic certification and in 2018 Demeter certification. Bertolt was connected through an introduction from Joseph in Nibiru. He is almost unknown in Austria, perhaps because most of his wines are for export, so that he is still almost unknown. It is no exaggeration to say that, like Hungary's Christinus, it is such a bargain that it is a wonder it has not been imported to Japan before. His motto, "good wine should be a part of everyday life," is exactly the same as the African Brothers' approach to wine, and I can relate to this motto very much, and I would like to thank Nibiru for introducing it to us once again.
