No SO2 added. \\about Viticultor 生産者について// Finca La despeinada ラ・デスペイナーダ スペイン、カタルーニャ南部、タラゴナ県、テーラアルタ地区のボット村に新しい蔵が誕生しました。 アレックスさん(フランス出身)とペトラさん(オーストリア出身)はいろいろな経験を経たのち、無農薬のワイン造りを志し、いろいろ探した末に、この地を選び、2016年頃に1.5haの畑と小さな家を購入しました。とても静かなところで、見渡す限り民家はありません。もともとの所有者も農薬は使わず、銅と硫黄を少しまくくらいの畑で、樹齢 50~90 年の古い樹が植えられています。現在はその他に1ha借りてもいます。 降雨量のとても少ない土地で 400mm~490mm/年。BIO に は適した土地柄です。下の方は粘土質土壌があるそうなので、多少の少雨には耐えられるそうですが、水が一番の心 配ごとの様です。夏はいつも海風が吹き、冬は-8°Cにもなる寒い土地。 家は自分たちで改装中、トイレはおがくず式、自然の中で、自然と共に暮らしています。 メンダールさんの近くでもあり、彼に色々教えてもらっているそうです。2018 年ヴィンテージがファーストリリースです。すべてのキュヴェが亜硫酸無添加。 2018 年の生産量は 4000 本あまり、すべて亜硫酸無添加です。のんびりと、しかし一歩ずつ自分たちの世界を造り始めている彼らのワインはスペインの大地のおおらかさと力強さを感じさせます。 2019年はとても乾燥した年で、大地に水分が少なく、ブドウは果汁が少なく、皮が厚かったそうです。その為、例えばエルシエゴでは皮から水分を取る のに、7ヶ月マセラシオンしました。ブドウは 2018年より収量は少なく、果汁は非常に濃縮されていました。 A new winery has opened in the village of Botto in the Terra Alta region of Tarragona in southern Catalonia, Spain. Alex (from France) and Petra (from Austria) decided to make wine without pesticides after a lot of experience and searching, they chose this area and bought a 1.5ha vineyard and a small house around 2016. It is a very quiet place and there are no houses as far as the eye can see. The original owner didn't use any pesticides, just a little copper and sulfur, and there are 50-90 year old trees planted in the field. In 2019, it was a very dry year, with little water in the earth, and the grapes had little juice and thick skins.
