Some bottles (bottles differ) may feel reductive when uncorked, but this will gradually diminish if the wine is allowed to air out over time. \\about Vigna 生産者について// イ・ヴィニ・ディ・ジョヴァンニ（ジョヴァンニ・メシーナ） I Vini di Giovanni (Giovanni Mesina) イタリア・サルデーニャ地方の荒涼としたバルバギアで生まれたジョヴァンニ・メシーナは、1960年代の終わりに家族と共にウンブリア州に移住しました。 ウンブリア州ペルージャの北の標高300-400mのピアネッロの丘陵地に農場があり、現在は145ヘクタール（東京ドーム31個分）の土地に500頭の乳羊たちとオリーブの木、そしてぶどうを育てています。 ぶどう畑は2ヘクタール（粘土質石灰石）で、残りの140ヘクタールには500頭の羊たちとオリーヴの木を育てています。 ワイン造りは2015年から開始。土着酵母で発酵させ、化学薬品や亜硫酸塩を一切使用せず、ステンレスタンクで自然熟成するシンプルなスタイルでワイン造りを行っています。 懐かしみのある素朴なワインです。 ウンブリアとサルデーニャのエッセンスをバランスよく表現した5種類の ”羊飼いのワイン” をリリースしています。 現在の年間生産本数は15,000本。 Born in Barbaggia, in the desolate Italian region of Sardinia, Giovanni Messina moved with his family to Umbria at the end of the 1960s. The farm is located in the hills of Pianello, north of Perugia in Umbria, at an altitude of 300-400 m above sea level, and currently covers 145 ha (31 Tokyo domes) with 500 milk sheep, olive trees and grapes. Vineyards cover 2 ha (clay-limestone), while the remaining 140 ha are occupied by 500 sheep and olive trees. Winemaking began in 2015. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and is made in a simple style with no chemicals or sulphites and natural ageing in stainless steel tanks. The wines are nostalgic and rustic. It releases five different 'shepherd's wines' that express the essence of Umbria and Sardinia in a balanced way. Current annual production is 15,000 bottles.
