Six months in barrique. *This cuvée is made from more select grapes. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// ドメーヌ・グラン・クレレ Domaine Grand Cléré フランソワ・ブランシャール Francois Blanchard あのJPロビノが認める素晴らしいワイン! 元ミュージュシャンで、ギタリストだったフラソワ・ブランシャール。 ワインに興味を持ち、この世界に足を踏み入れた。 野菜や穀物を育て、自給自足のような生活を送り、そのすべての畑においてビオロジック栽培を行っている。彼のこだ わりには目を見張るものがある。造られたワインは基本的に全て王冠で栓をする。コルクは生産の段階でなんらかの 科学的なものが使われている可能性があり、それがワインに影響を与えるのを懸念してのこと。 科学物質を含んだ食 べ物を子供たちに与えたくない、との思いも強い。そのこだわり抜いた姿勢は、彼の造り出すワインに十分すぎるほど 反映されており、その味わいはとても素晴らしい仕上がり。選定や栽培は昔ながらの自然な方法で行われ、化学的な ものは一切加えられない、SO2無添加、ノンフィルター。 彼のワインに関してはこんな逸話が。赤白100種類位のブラインドテイスティングで、J.P.ロビノ(ランジュ・ヴァン)に好 みの赤と白を1本ずつ選んでもらったところ、選んだワインが赤、白共にフランソワのワインだったとのこと。 A great wine approved by that JP Robino! Frasois Blanchard is a former musician and guitarist. His interest in wine led him into this world. He lives a self-sufficient life, growing vegetables and grains, and all of his vineyards are farmed in an organic way. His commitment is remarkable. Basically, all the wine produced is corked with a crown. Corks are used because of the fear that some kind of scientific substance may have been used during the production process and affect the wine. He is also very concerned about giving his children food that contains scientific substances. This commitment is more than amply reflected in the wines he produces, which taste superb. The selection and cultivation is done the old-fashioned natural way, no chemicals are added, no SO2 is added, and the wines are non-filtered. There is an anecdote about his wines. In a blind tasting of about 100 red and white wines, J.P. Robino (Lange Vin) was asked to choose one red and one white wine that he liked, and he chose François' wines for both red and white.
