Deep ruby color, extended fruit, honey, aromas, round, elegance, balance between acidity and sweetness, spice, gentle, deep and long finish! \\about Vigneron 生産者について// RIETSCH　リエッシュ アルザス地方北部／ミッテルベルカイム Northern Alsace / Mittelbergheim 「アルザスの純真」 Domaine RIETSCH（ドメーヌ　リエッシュ）は、アルザス地方ミッテルベルカイム（ストラスブールとコルマーの中間地点）でリエッシュ・ファミリーが営むドメーヌです。 現在ドメーヌは、父親から息子たちにバトンタッチされ、ジャン・ピエールを中心に家族が力を合わせ、11.5haの畑から、10種類ほどの品種、25種類ほどのワインが造られています。 ミッテルベルカイムは「フランスで最も美しい村のひとつ」とされています。素朴でこじんまりとした村の道路は、狭く感じられるのですが、各家々は扉を開けると驚くほど中が広いのです。さすが伝統地域と感心する瞬間です。（通りを歩くとほとんどの家がワイナリーです。） リエッシュ家の人々は、もの静かで素直。育ちの良さが伝わってきます。彼らは、葡萄やワインに対してもあまり手を加えずにシンプルに良さを引き出そうとしています。 実験的なキュヴェも仕込んでいますが、そつなく仕上げています。畑は、ビオロジックに転換中で、今後もさらに楽しみな造り手です。 テイスティングルーム、セラー、作業場、壁や庭の木々までさりげなく整えられていて、彼らのセンスの良さ、そして葡萄の樹の手入れの仕方が想像できます。 ドメーヌのすぐ裏に暮らしているアーティストとのつながりも深く、ラベルやワインの名前を決める際にもインスピレーションを出し合っています。 その独特の個性が、飲む人を魅了し、ファンを増やしているワイナリーです。 "The purity of Alsace." Domaine RIETSCH is run by the RIETSCH family in Mittelbergheim, Alsace (halfway between Strasbourg and Colmar). Currently, the domaine has been handed over from the father to his sons, and the family, led by Jean-Pierre, works together to produce about 25 different wines from 10 different varieties from 11.5 ha of vineyards. Mittelbergheim is considered "one of the most beautiful villages in France. The streets of this rustic and cozy village seem narrow, but each house is surprisingly spacious inside when you open the door. This is the moment when you realize that you are in a traditional area. (Walking down the street, most of the houses are wineries.) The Riechers are quiet and honest. You can feel the goodness of their upbringing. They try to bring out the best in their grapes and wines simply and without modifying them too much. They have also made some experimental cuvées, but they have done it without a hitch. They are in the process of converting their vineyards to organic production, and we look forward to seeing more of their wines in the future. The tasting room, cellar, workshop, walls, and even the trees in the garden are all casually arranged, which you can imagine their good taste and the way they take care of their vines. They have a close connection with the artists who live just behind the estate and share their inspiration for labels and wine names. The winery's unique personality attracts drinkers and has a growing fan base.
