【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 region】イタリア Italy エミリア・ロマーニャ Emilia Romagna 【品種 variety】トレッビアーノ Trebbiano 【タイプ type】白・微発泡 White, slightlysparkling 師オヴィーディオの畑を2004年から借りているカミッロ。 その畑に植えられていたトレッビアーノ(1968年植樹)で仕込んだワインの出来に感動したカミッロは、2005年からは自分の畑にも1ha分の区画にトレッビアーノを植えた。 イタリアでトレッビアーノが栽培されているのはほとんどがトスカーナなど中部の地域。エミリアロマーニャでは主に東に位置する平野部のロマーニャ地方で植えられており、パルマ一帯では品質ではなく生産量を目的に造られるブドウとして「ピケット」と呼ばれ蔑視され、ほとんど植える人はいないという。 カミッロは「季節のサイクルの中で謙虚さ、深い敬意、そしてたくさんの愛を持ってサポートするだけで、ブドウの樹がどれだけ寛大であるかを証明することができる」という。 トレッビアーノはマルヴァジーアほど香りが強い品種ではないが、彼のフリッザンテは力強い香りと風味を特徴としている。 Camillo has been renting his mentor Ovidio's vineyard since 2004. Camillo was so impressed with the performance of the wine made from Trebbiano (planted in 1968) planted in that vineyard that he planted a 1 ha plot of Trebbiano in his own vineyard from 2005. Trebbiano is mostly grown in Italy in central regions such as Tuscany. In Emilia-Romagna, it is planted mainly in the eastern plains of the Romagna region, and in the Parma area it is disparaged as a 'picket' grape, produced for quantity rather than quality, and few people plant it. Camillo says that "the vines can prove how generous they are by simply supporting them with humility, deep respect and a lot of love during the seasonal cycle". Trebbiano is not as aromatic as Malvasia, but his Frisante is characterised by powerful aromas and flavours. \\about Vigna 生産者について// カミッロ ドナーティ　Camillo Donati 現当主カミッロの祖父オルランドが、パルマから南に20km、ランギラーノ郊外アーロラにグロッポーネ(あまりの急斜面であったため「背中」と名付けられた）と呼ばれる小さな畑を1930年に購入したことから始まったドナーティ家のブドウ園。父アントニオはパルマにあるイタリア商業銀行の経理センターで働きながらグロッポーネでの仕事を手伝っていましたが、1964年に祖父が亡くなってからは一人で畑仕事を引き継ぎました。アントニオの友人で畑を手伝っていたオヴィーディオ(1923年生まれ）が、多忙であった父の代わりとなって畑やワイナリーの仕事を青年カミッロに教え、良き友人としてアドバイスし続けたことで、謙虚さを持った職人としてのカミッロの礎が築かれました。 カミッロはオヴィーディオのことを「偉大な友人であり、師」と慕い、オヴィーディオの晩年まで良い関係は続きました。カミッロの代に入り、自家元詰めを開始、1992年に初めてのワインをリリースしました。現在はバルビアーノとフェリーノに点在する標高300m前後の自社畑12ヘクタールに加え、2017年から借りているヴィディアーナの標高250mほどの5ヘクタールの畑でブドウを栽培しています。妻フランチェスカ、妹クリスティーナ、義理の弟モレノ、従兄弟、義理の父、動ける人はみんな働く文字通りの家族全員攻撃でこの地方に残る伝統的な醸造やブドウを守るために尽力しています。 The Donati family vineyard began in 1930 when Orlando, grandfather of the current head of the family, Camillo, bought a small vineyard called Gruppone (named 'back' because it was so steep) in Arrola, 20 km south of Parma, outside Langirano. His father Antonio worked in the accounting centre of the Bank of Italian Commerce in Parma and helped with the work at Groppone, but after his grandfather's death in 1964, he took over the vineyard work alone. Antonio's friend Ovidio (b. 1923), who helped in the vineyards, took over for his busy father, teaching the young Camillo about the vineyard and winery work and continuing to advise him as a good friend, thus laying the foundations for Camillo as a craftsman with humility. Camillo regarded Ovidio as a 'great friend and mentor', and the relationship continued until Ovidio's later years. During Camillo's reign, the estate began its own bottling and released its first wine in 1992. Today, in addition to 12 hectares of its own vineyards scattered around 300 m above sea level in Barbiano and Felino, it grows grapes on a five-hectare vineyard at around 250 m above sea level in Vidiana, which it has rented since 2017. His wife Francesca, sister Cristina, brother-in-law Moreno, cousins, father-in-law, everyone who can move works, and literally the whole family is on the attack to protect the traditional vinification and grapes that remain in the region.
