【内容量 NET】750ml 【産地 region】フランス France ラングドック Languedoc 【使用品種 variety】Syrah シラー 80%, Sauvignon Blanc ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン 20% 【タイプ type】赤　Red ロリータによるシラーの素晴らしいバリエーションで、今年はソーヴィニョンブランが20%加わったことによりフレッシュさが増し、更に飲みやすくなりました。 果実の輝きをそのまま表現した液体で、シラーの特徴であるスミレの花の香りが広がります。 昼夜を問わずいつでも抜栓して楽しめるワインで時と場所を選びません。 サン=ヴィクトル=ラ=コストの砂質粘土のよく手入れされたテロワールで有機栽培で育てられたブドウのシラーが大部分を締めます。 ブドウは8月16日に手摘みで収穫しました。シラーは全房をダイレクトプレスし、タンクで短期間熟。 そこへマセラシオンしたソーヴィニヨンブランのジュースを加えています。 清澄や濾過を行わず、亜硫酸塩も添加せず、2022年10月12日に瓶詰めされました。 エチケットは今までのポップなイメージから大きく変わり落ち着いた印象に。 このデザインはロリータの机にある古い絵をベースに作成しました。 結婚、出産を経て彼女の考え方が変わったことが理由で、これまでは毎年エチケットを変更していましたが自分のアイデンティティがないように感じるようになり、決まったエチケットを使い続けたいという思いになった為です。 今後は特別なキュヴェ以外はこのエチケットを使うとのことです。 An excellent variation of Syrah by Lolita, this year with the addition of 20% Sauvignon Blanc, which gives it freshness and makes it even easier to drink. The Syrah grapes are mostly organically grown on the well-kept sandy-clay terroirs of Saint-Victor-la-Coste. Grapes were harvested by hand on 16 August. The whole clusters of Syrah are directly pressed and ripened in tanks for a short period of time. The macerated Sauvignon Blanc juice is then added. The wine was bottled on 12 October 2022 without fining or filtration and without added sulphites. The etiquettes are a big change from the pop image of the past, giving a more subdued impression. The design was based on an old drawing on Lolita's desk. The reason for this change is that after getting married and having a baby she changed her mindset, and although she used to change the etiquettes every year, she began to feel like she had no identity and wanted to continue using a fixed etiquettes. She left her native Languedoc to work in events at clubs in Paris before studying at an agricultural school. After graduating, she worked in wine shops in Paris and Canada, but while recommending natural wines to customers, she says the desire to make her own started to grow. Today, she is one of the most sought-after producers on the Languedoc natural wine scene, and her wines are already gaining popularity outside France.
