Aged in large oak barrels for 9 months. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Weingut Bianka und Daniel Schmitt ヴァイングート・ビアンカ&ダニエル・シュミット ドイツはワイン産地、ラインヘッセンその南部にあるベライヒ地区にあるワイナリー。 昔からラインガウにあるシュミット家の息子、ダニエルとハンガリーで醸造学校通い勉強をしたビアンカ。二人が新しくワイナリーを立ち上げたのは2010の事です。 ビアンカは、醸造学校卒業後、ナチュールの勉強、修行がしたくて、名だたるワイナリーに一通、一通、手書きで手紙を書きました。しかし、どのワイナリーも返事が無いか、断りの連絡ばかり。そんな中、 最初で最後、一通だけ返事がかえって来ました。そのワイナリーがシュミットでした、ダニエルも又、ナチュラルワインに興味を持っていて、二人は意気投合しました。そのまま惹かれあい夫婦となり起業をしました。 2012年デメテールを取得しました。又、7年目のオファーで2023年ついに、ビオ生産者団体ルネッサンス・デ・アペラシオンに加入し、着実に前に進んでいます。まだ、若い二人ですが、そこにはたくさんの愛が溢れています。 The winery is located in the southern part of Germany's wine-growing region of Rheinhessen, in the district of Bereich. Daniel, son of the Schmidt family in Rheingau, and Bianca, who studied at an oenology school in Hungary. They started their new winery in 2010. After graduating from oenology school, Bianca wanted to study and train in naturals, so she handwrote letter after letter to prestigious wineries. However, all the wineries either did not respond to her letters or turned her down. But only one, the very first and the very last, responded. Daniel was also interested in natural wine, and the two hit it off. They fell in love, became husband and wife, and started their own business. In 2012, they obtained their demesne. They also joined the Renaissance des Appellations, a bio-producers' organization, in 2023, after seven years of offering their wines. They are still young, but there is a lot of love in their hearts.
