Vines cultivated in organic and biodynamic agriculture.自然なワインを造る職人という夢をかなえる為に、南フランス ラング ドック・ルーション、クレルモン レローに３か所、ひとつは 海 湖の近くのPinet Mèze（ピケ、メーズ) ２つ目は平地よりのVendémian（ヴォンデミアン）３区画目は寒暖の差が強く出るAspiran（アスピラン）に畑の所有に成功します。 どの区画もビオデナミの指針に従い、粘土石灰石土壌のテロワールを表現しつつワインを作っています。OPI（オピ）はポピー（ケシ）。D'AQUIはオック語（lenga d'òc　ロマンス語の一つで、フランスの南部、正確にはロワール川以南から、現在のローヌ＝アルプ地域圏一帯、バスク語圏、カタルーニャ語圏を除いた地域で話されている諸言語の総称）でここからという意味。ケシ（アヘン）はここから、すこし振り切っているワイナリー名です。 Philippe Formoltin. He worked for 10 years at Domaine Chabanon, a winery in Lagamas, near Montpellier, and later as a winemaker travelling to other countries such as California, Corsica, Russia and India. He then set up three wineries in Languedoc-Roussillon and Clermont Lheraud in the south of France to fulfil his dream of becoming a natural artisan wine-maker, one of which is Pinet Mèche near the sea lake. The second is in Vendémian, on the plains, and the third is in Aspiran, where the temperatures can vary greatly. Each plot follows biodynamic guidelines and expresses the terroir of the clay-limestone soils, while OPI is poppy and D'AQUI is an Occitan word (lenga d'òc, a Romance word that refers to the southern part of France, more precisely from the Loire southwards to the current Rhône-Alpes region). It is a general term for languages spoken in the south of France, from south of the Loire to the present-day Rhône-Alpes region, excluding the Basque and Catalan-speaking regions), meaning from here. Poppy (opium) is the name of the winery, which is a bit of a departure from this.
