It can be served the next day in a glass if tightly corked. ザ・パイナップル・エクスプレスはぶどう品種のフェルディナン・ド・レセップス（Ferdinand de Lesseps）を使用した実験的なナチュラルスパークリングワインです。 このぶどう品種は、1870年にイギリスで、アメリカの雑種イザベラとフランスの高貴なぶどうであるシャスラとの実験的な交配です。ヴィティス・ヴィニフェラとラブルスカのこの交配種は、スエズ運河を開発したフランスの外交官にちなんで名付けられました。 パイナップルのような芳醇な香りがあり、別名「パイナップルぶどう」とも呼ばれています。 ぶどうは朝の涼しいうちに手摘みで収穫し、すぐにセラーに運び、優しく圧搾します。一晩落ち着かせ、そのまま自然発酵が始まります。発酵中は頻繁に澱引きを行い、ボトル内の沈殿物を最小限に抑えました。発酵途中にボトリングを行い、王冠で蓋をし、ボトル内で発酵を終わらせます。10カ月後、リドリング（ルミアージュ）とデゴルジュマンを手作業で行います。低アルコールで、フレッシュでフルーティーなスパークリングワインが出来上がりました。夏の暑い日におすすめです。 The Pineapple Express is an experimental natural sparkling wine made from the grape variety Ferdinand de Lesseps. This grape variety is an experimental cross between the American hybrid Isabella and the noble French grape Chasselas in England in 1870. This cross between Vitis vinifera and Labrusca was named after the French diplomat who developed the Suez Canal. It is also known as the "pineapple grape" because of its rich pineapple-like aroma. The grapes are harvested by hand in the cool of the morning and immediately brought to the cellar for gentle pressing. The grapes are allowed to settle overnight and spontaneous fermentation begins. Frequent racking during fermentation minimizes sedimentation in the bottle. After 10 months, the wine is hand riddled (rumiage) and degorged by hand. The result is a fresh, fruity sparkling wine with low alcohol content.
