This is a white wine that I would like to drink with further aging. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// アルザスで最も影響を与えた蔵、ジェラール・シュレール・エ・フィス。1950年代から父ジェラールは畑では一度も除草剤や化学肥料は使わない「ビオディナミ農法」で葡萄を栽培。1982年からは息子のブルーノが栽培・醸造を含め、経営全般を担っている。以来、AOCの枠にとらわれず独自の考えに基づいたワイン造りを行ない、「アルザスワインの常識」を覆すオリジナルな味わいのワインを生み出している。 ビルステゥックレは太古海だった石灰土壌(アルカリ性)の畑でスタンダード・キュヴェと比べ、より骨格と複雑味がましスケールの大きい味わいを与える。 Gérard Scherrer et Fils is one of the most influential wineries in Alsace. Since the 1950s, his father Gérard has been growing grapes biodynamically, never using herbicides or chemical fertilizers in the vineyards. Since then, he has been making wines based on his own ideas without being bound by the AOC, and has been producing wines with an original taste that overturns the "common sense of Alsace wines. Birsteclet is a vineyard with lime soil (alkaline) that used to be a prehistoric sea, and it gives the wine more structure and complexity than the standard cuvee, and a larger scale taste.
