Slightly intense viscosity with a high degree of maturity. Complex aromas of first ethyl acetate, then candied cherries, groseille (gooseberries), dried plums, and cinnamon. Sharp, fine acidity, moderate bitterness, and a wonderful balance of bouncy, rich fruit. The acidity and fruitiness that linger in the mouth stimulate the salivary glands and stimulate the appetite. This is a refreshing red wine that you can easily finish a bottle. ラベルのデザインは、エリック氏の友人が、世界的に有名なベルギーの漫画｢タンタンTINTIN｣に出てくる海賊「レッド・ラッカム」をモチーフに描いたもの。「ラッカム（Rackham）」と「ラ（Rat＝ラット、ねずみ）カム（Kamm＝エリック氏のファミリーネーム）」をかけている。 The label design was drawn by a friend of Eric's based on the pirate Red Rackham from the world-famous Belgian comic strip "Tintin". The name "Rackham" is a combination of "Rat" and "Kamm" (Eric's family name). しっかりマセラシオンさせた100%ピノ・ノワールの赤ワイン。もう1つのキュヴェ・アナルシ/ピノ・ノワールと違い、木樽を使わずステンレスタンクで熟成させた。アルコール醗酵が完全に終わり切らず、やや残糖がある状態でビン詰めをした。醸造、熟成の段階において、またビン詰め時にも亜硫酸を使用していない。 This is a well-macerated 100% Pinot Noir red wine. Unlike the other cuvée Anarsi/Pinot Noir, this wine was aged in stainless steel tanks instead of wooden barrels. The wine was bottled when the alcoholic fermentation was not completely finished and there was some residual sugar.
