Rather than an honor student, it is more like a boy who is a bit naughty and mischievous, but at heart a serious boy. \\about Viticultor 生産者について// Domaine Nicolas Morin ドメーヌ ニコラ モラン ニコラが念願の自分の畑を 2018 年にマランに購入、ドメーヌワインを造り始めました (2019 年ファーストヴィンテージ)。 樹齢の高い畑(25~50年)を購入できたのと、標高のある畑(480~500m)なので温暖化の影響もそれほど受けず、 酸がキレイに乗ります。土壌は粘土質のマルヌカルケール。元の所有者がビオに近い形で栽培していたそうで、いい状態で引き継げたそうです。彼自身 はオーガニックの堆肥を少し撒いたり、手を入れ始め、さらに葡萄が生き生きとし始めたと話してくれました。これからが楽しみなニコラのドメーヌワインです。 In 2018, Nicolas bought his own vineyard in Mâlain and started to make domaine wine (first vintage in 2019).
