【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 vineyard】フランス France／ラングドック Languedoc 【品種 variety】 Syrah シラー、Carignan カリニャン Grenache グルナッシュ 【タイプ type】赤・ミディアムボディ　Red, Medium body Alc. 13.5% 1. 2018年のシラー(区画Pla de I'Oum標高300ｍ）をグラップアンチエールでファイバータンクで5日間のマセラシオン後プレス。発酵もファイバータンクで。 2. 2019年の2つの区画のシラー(区画Canalette標高350m、Pla de I'Oum）グラップアンチエールでファイバータンクで5日間のマセラシオン後プレス。発酵もファイバータンクで。 3. 2020年のシラー(区画Canalette)、カリニャンを2時間マセラシオン後プレスし、ステンレスタンクで発酵。 瓶詰前に1～3をアッサンブラージュ。12kg籠で手摘収穫。自生酵母での発酵、ノンフィルター、SO2無添加。生産本数1,600本、2021年6月に瓶詰。 1. 2018 Syrah (parcel Pla de I'Oum 300m above sea level) in Grapp Antiere with 5 days maceration in fiber tanks followed by pressing. Fermentation also in fiber tanks. 2. 2019 Syrah from two parcels (parcels Canalette at 350m and Pla de I'Oum at 300m) pressed in fiber tanks in Grapp Antiere after 5 days of maceration. Fermentation also in fiber tanks. 3. 2020 Syrah (parcel Canalette) and Carignan, macerated for 2 hours, pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 1-3 assemblages prior to bottling. Hand harvested in 12 kg baskets, fermented with native yeasts, non-filtered, no SO2 added. 1,600 bottles produced, bottled in June 2021. \\about Vigneron　生産者について// LA VOLUTAはアンナ・ルビオとジャン-ブノワ・ヴィヴカンが旅の中で出会った風景や、知識や経験を共有してくれた情熱的な人々に触発され2014年に生まれたプロジェクト。Haute-CorbieresのコミューンCucugnanにあるケリビュス城の近くに6.5Haのブドウ畑を所有。 作業はすべて手作業、可能な限り自然に行い必要になった時以外、人の手を加えることはありません。事前の決め事は無く、成功と失敗から学び、季節とワインのリズムに合わせることに重点を置いている彼らは、仕事に創造性、アイデンティティ、誠実さをもたらすことを目指している。 LA VOLUTA is a project born in 2014 by Anna Rubio and Jean-Benoît Vivecin, inspired by the landscapes they encountered during their travels and the passionate people who shared their knowledge and experiences with them. 6.5 Ha of vineyards are located near the Château de Keribüs in the commune of Cucugnan in Haute-Corbieres. All work is done by hand, as naturally as possible, with no human intervention except when necessary. There are no predetermined rules, and they aim to bring creativity, identity and integrity to their work, focusing on learning from their successes and failures and adapting to the rhythm of the seasons and the wines.
