Complex aromas of black cherries, gooseberries, roses, mushrooms, and humus. The mouthfeel is very refreshing, almost Pinot Noir like. The palate is very refreshing, almost Pinot Noir-like, with smooth acidity, good bitterness, and some sweetness, but also firm tannins. This rosé wine is like a light red wine with pleasant fruitiness and a long finish. It goes well with grilled white meat, smoked fish, and charcuterie such as cured ham. ラベルのデザインは、エリック氏の友人が、世界的に有名なベルギーの漫画｢タンタンTINTIN｣に出てくる海賊「レッド・ラッカム」をモチーフに描いたもの。「ラッカム（Rackham）」と「ラ（Rat＝ラット、ねずみ）カム（Kamm＝エリック氏のファミリーネーム）」をかけている。 このようなクレレのような色調になったのは、長期間（3週間）のマセラシオンと、ピノ・ノワール種のマール（ブドウの搾りかす）と一緒にプレスしたことによる。醸造、熟成の段階において、またビン詰め時にも亜硫酸を使用していない。 The label design was drawn by a friend of Eric's based on the pirate Red Rackham from the world-famous Belgian comic strip "Tintin". The word "Rackham" is a combination of "Rat" and "Kamm" (Eric's family name). This crêpe-like color is the result of long maceration (3 weeks) and pressing with Pinot Noir marl.
