【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 vineyard】フランス France／ラングドック Languedoc 【品種 variety】アリカント Alicante 100% (手摘み hand-picked / Ave. age平均70年) 【タイプ type】赤 フルボディ Red, Full body \\from Importer インポーターコメント// インクのような黒いワインという意味合いで名付けられたキュヴェ名です。2012年は雨が多い年でアリカントを除梗し醸した後、セメントタンク で発酵・熟成しました。粘性豊かなオレンジを帯びたガーネット色、熟成を感じるカシスやバニラの香り、完熟黒果実の甘味と豊かでエレガントなタンニンに心地の良い熟成感、長いアフターに魅了される南仏のグランヴァンです。 The wine was fermented and aged in cement tanks after being de-stemmed and vinified in 2012, a very rainy year. The wine has a viscous, orange-red garnet color, with aromas of cassis and vanilla that suggest aging, sweetness of ripe black fruits, rich and elegant tannins, a pleasant sense of aging, and a long finish. \\about Vigneron　生産者について// Luc-Michelは1967年5月4日生まれ。奥様のMarieと2000年から畑を購入し無農薬で始めましたが、最初は納得がいかなかったので農協にブドウを売り、自らのDomaineワインとして醸造し始めたのは2005年のヴィンテージからです。 お爺様がPic Saint-Loupに250haを持ってブドウ栽培をしておりましたが、お父様は全く違う医師になりました。畑はその間人に貸していたのです。最初Lucはお父様の影響で薬剤師を目指し、大学卒業後薬品会社に勤めます。が、自然の中で生活したいと大きく進路を変更。お爺様の畑の2haを貰い、その他近くの畑を10ha購入し、ワイン造りを始めました。その10haの中の5haはLucが自ら植樹した畑です。現在、畑の品種構成は3haのシラー、1haのグルナッシュ、1haのアリカント、2haのカリニャン、1haのムールヴェ―ドル、3haのサンソー、1haのシャザンと南仏独特の様々な品種が揃っております。ラングドックの中でもこのピクサンルーというコミューンは特別で、たった200ha しかありません。なのでAOC法も当然この名を明記して良いと認定しております。その標高150 ~ 250mの畑で始める事が出来たのはラッキーかもしれません。 ワイナリー名の由来は畑にたくさん綺麗な石があり、それがモロッコの伝統的なムーア人様式のタイル「ゼリーゼ」のキャラバンみたいだと、この名前を付けました。Luc自身、 自ら筆を取り、奥様も芸術家でとてもロマンティックな素敵なカップルです。畑の石すらも美しく感じる、そういう発想なのでしょうね。3人の男の子に囲まれ、絵に描いたような 幸せそうなご家族、一緒に食事をしましたが、人生にとって何が大切なのか...お金ではない幸せを自然と受け止め、とてもナチュラルな生活をされていらっしゃいます。収獲時には6名の人に手伝って貰いますが、日常は12haもの畑を家族だけで守っているのです。本当に大変な仕事です。(新井 順子) Luc-Michel was born on May 4, 1967. He and his wife Marie bought a vineyard in 2000 and started vinifying without pesticides, but at first they were not satisfied, so they sold the grapes to a cooperative and started making their own Domaine wine in the 2005 vintage. His grandfather had 250 hectares of vines in Pic Saint-Loup, but his father became a completely different doctor. In the meantime, the vineyard was leased to others. Luc first wanted to become a pharmacist under his father's influence. After graduating from university, he worked for a pharmaceutical company, but changed his career path to live in the nature. He was given 2 hectares of his grandfather's vineyard and bought 10 hectares of other nearby vineyards to start making wine. Of the 10 hectares, 5 hectares were planted by Luc himself. Currently, the vineyard consists of 3 hectares of Syrah, 1 hectare of Grenache, 1 hectare of Alicante, 2 hectares of Carignan, 1 hectare of Mourvèdre, 3 hectares of Cinsault, 1 hectare of Chazin, and many other varieties unique to the south of France. Pic Saint-Loup is a very special commune in the Languedoc, with only 200 hectares, so the AOC has approved it to be named as such. He was lucky to be able to start his vineyard at an altitude of 150 to 250 meters. The name of the winery comes from the many beautiful stones in the vineyards, which look like a caravan of traditional Moroccan Moorish tiles, "jellise". They are a very romantic couple, Luc himself is an artist and his wife is an artist, even the stones in the field are beautiful. They are living a very natural life, naturally accepting happiness that is not about money.
