【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 vineyard】チェコ Czech Republic 【品種 variety】グリューナー・ヴェルトリーナー Grüner Veltliner 50％（このうち20％は2019年産）、ヴェルシュリースリング Welschriesling 50％ 【タイプ type】オレンジ・泡 / Orange, Pet Nat 【製法 process】 ザイェチー地区(南モラヴィア）のぶどう(石灰岩)を使用。手摘みで収穫。選果後、除梗、破砕し、24時間スキンコンタクト。その後、古い木製のプレス機を使い手作業でプレスし、澱と一緒にコンクリートオープンタンクに入れ、1週間発酵を続ける。 2019年産のグリューナーのマストをゆっくりと加えた後にノンフィルター、酸化防止剤なしで瓶詰め。 Grapes (limestone) from the Zayeci area (South Moravia). The grapes are harvested by hand. After selection, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, and skin contact is made for 24 hours. Then hand pressed using an old wooden press and placed in open concrete tanks with lees to continue fermentation for one week. Czeski Film means Czech film, and this is one of the bottles that Czech films have a funky image on the label. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// スミェスカ Vinařství Směska | イヴァン・クライバー Ivan kleiber 祖父と父も小さなワイン醸造家だったイヴァンはチェコのヴァルチツェにある唯一ワインについて学べる高校を卒業後、ブルノにあるメンデル大学でぶどう栽培工学を専門で学ぶ。 卒業後、2年間世界中を旅してチェコ共和国に戻リ、22歳のとき父親がザイェチーの村で1haの小さなワイナリーを立ち上げ、ぶどう園の手伝いとしてそこで働き始め、ワイン技術者のアシスタントとしてセラーで働き、5年後セラー長になる。 14年間で1haだったぶどう園は22haへ。その後変化を求め、プラハの農林水産省のワイン部門で2年間働き、そこで現在の妻イヴァと出会い2018年にモラヴィアの南部で小さなワイナリーを夫婦で設立する。 スミェスカとはチェコ語で混合という意味で、モラヴィアの南部出身の夫とプラハ出身の妻、2つの異なる人格の混合という意味や多くの品種を混ぜ合わせてワインを造っているという意味から名付けている。 After graduating from the only wine high school in Valčice, Czech Republic, where his grandfather and father were also small winemakers, Ivan went to Mendel University in Brno, where he specialized in viticultural engineering. After graduation, he traveled around the world for two years before returning to the Czech Republic. At the age of 22, his father started a small winery with 1 ha in the village of Zajeci, where he began working as a vineyard assistant and then in the cellar as a wine technician's assistant, becoming cellar manager after five years. In 14 years, the vineyard grew from 1 ha to 22 ha. He then wanted a change and worked for 2 years in the wine department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in Prague, where he met his current wife, Iva, and together they founded a small winery in the south of Moravia in 2018. The name "Smieska" means "mixture" in Czech, meaning that the husband is from southern Moravia and the wife is from Prague, a mixture of two different personalities and many varieties of wine.
