【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 region】チェコ Czech Republic 【品種 variety】ヴェルシュリースリング Welschriesling 100% 【タイプ type】白 White 【醸造 vinification】 樹齢30年の自社畑のヴェルシュリースリング（20%ほど貴腐菌）を使用。手摘みで収穫。選果後、プレス。400Lサイズのフレンチオーク古樽で約10日間ほど自然発酵後、マロラクティック発酵。シュールリーにて10ヶ月熟成し、瓶詰め前にステンレスタンクへ移し、2ヶ月間落ち着かせ、ノンフィルターで瓶詰め。 Welschriesling (about 20% noble rot) from our own 30 year old vines. The grapes are harvested by hand, sorted and pressed. The grapes were sorted and pressed, then fermented spontaneously in 400L French oak barrels for about 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged for 10 months on sur lie, then transferred to stainless steel tanks before bottling, allowed to settle for 2 months, and bottled unfiltered. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// ドナトゥス Donatus - ペトラ、エリスカ、ヨセフ Peter、Eliska、Josef ドナトゥスは、造り手のペトラ、畑はエリスカ（ペトラの彼女）、販売やマーケティングはヨセフ（エリスカの兄）の3人で2019年より始まった、まだ生まれたてのチェコのワイナリーです。 非常に小規模なワイナリーで、2020年から商業的にワインを造り始めたばかり。造り手のペトラは、ワイン造りとは別でJAVA（パソコンのプログラミング言語）の開発者をしており、ブルノにあるメンデル大学でぶどう栽培と醸造を学び、エリスカはマサリク大学でズノイモ地方のワインの歴史と文化を研究しており、販売担当のヨセフは南モラヴィアにある大手のワイナリーでセールスマンをしてます。ワイナリー名のドナトゥスは、モラヴィアのワインの造り手の先駆者であるサンドナや才能を意味するラテン語に由来し、ラベルは、彼らのワインによって人々を幸せにしたいとの思いと人々に喜びと愛を広めたいという思いによって、それをカップルのラベルで表現しています。 Donatus is a newborn Czech winery that started in 2019 with Petra, the winemaker, Eliska (Petra's girlfriend) for the vineyards, and Josef (Eliska's brother) for sales and marketing. It is a very small winery and just started making wine commercially in 2020. Petra, the winemaker, is a JAVA (computer programming language) developer apart from winemaking and studied viticulture and winemaking at Mendel University in Brno, Eliska is studying wine history and culture in the Znojmo region at Masaryk University, and Josef, the sales representative, is a major Joseph is a salesman at a major winery in South Moravia. The winery's name, Donatus, comes from the Latin for Sandona or talent, a pioneer of Moravian winemakers, and the label expresses this with a couple of labels, driven by their desire to make people happy with their wines and to spread joy and love among people.
