【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 region】チェコ Czech Republic 【品種 variety】ピノ・ブラン Pinot Blanc 100% 【タイプ type】白 White 【醸造 vinification】 樹齢30年の自社畑のピノブランを使用。手摘みで収穫。選果後、破砕、2日間スキンコンタクト後、プレス。400Lサイズのフレンチオーク古樽で約10日間ほど自然発酵後、マロラクティック発酵。シュールリーにて10ヶ月熟成し、瓶詰め前にステンレスタンクに移し、2ヶ月間落ち着かせ、ノンフィルターで瓶詰め。 Pinot Blanc from our own 30 year old vineyards. The grapes are hand-picked, crushed, and pressed after 2 days of skin contact. After selection, the grapes were crushed, skin contact was made for 2 days, and then pressed. 10 days of spontaneous fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation in 400L French oak barrels. It is a very small winery and just started making wine commercially in 2020. Petra, the winemaker, is a JAVA (computer programming language) developer apart from winemaking and studied viticulture and winemaking at Mendel University in Brno, Eliska is studying wine history and culture in the Znojmo region at Masaryk University, and Josef, the sales representative, is a major Joseph is a salesman at a major winery in South Moravia. The winery's name, Donatus, comes from the Latin for Sandona or talent, a pioneer of Moravian winemakers, and the label expresses this with a couple of labels, driven by their desire to make people happy with their wines and to spread joy and love among people.
