Like the previous vintage, it is a cloudy yellow color. Very floral aroma of fragrant muscat, white flowers and jasmine. Fresh and light on the palate with gentle, fine bubbles. Elegant and fruity aromas spread across the palate, and the refreshing acidity and minerality tighten the flavor. The slight bitterness that lingers in the aftertaste is also pleasant. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// ANDRE ROHRER アンドレ・ロレール - Ludovic Rohrer ルードヴィック・ロレール ストラスブールとコルマールの丁度中程に位置するミッテルベルグハイム村に所在する、ドメーヌ・アンドレ・ロレールの現在の オーナー醸造家アンドレは8代目で、そのお父さんは1960年代からすでに雑草とぶどうの樹とが共生した栽培を始め、1980 年代には化学殺虫剤の使用もやめ、2001年にはアンドレが公式にもAB認定ビオ栽培とした。 また、2016年からはビオディナミによるぶどう栽培を始めている。アンドレは、純粋さと精緻さを兼ね備えたとても優れたワインを生み出しているが、特筆すべきはアンドレの息子ルードヴィックの存在！ ルードヴィックはアンドレが受け継ぎ発展させたテ ロワールがしっかりと詰まったぶどうから、自然な醸造方法により純粋さがそのまま表現された、とても体に優しい味わいのワ インを造りだした！ 今回ご紹介するワインは、息子のルードヴィックがSO2の使用を極力抑え醸造した、生き生きとした美味しさに満ち溢れた味わいだ。 Located in the village of Mittelbergheim, exactly halfway between Strasbourg and Colmar, Domaine André Rohrer's current owner, André, is the 8th generation of winemakers. In the 1980s, he stopped using chemical pesticides, and in 2001, André officially made it an AB-certified biodynamic vineyard. In 2016, he also started biodynamic viticulture. André produces very good wines with purity and precision, but it should be noted that André's son Ludovic! Ludwig has taken the terroir that André inherited and developed and, using natural vinification methods, has created a wine that expresses purity and is very gentle on the palate! The wine presented here, vinified by his son Ludovic with minimal use of SO2, is full of lively and delicious flavors.
