No SO2 added. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// レ・ゼランス LES ERRANCES レンヌ、メキシコシティ、ヨンショーピング(スイス)、パリでの生活を経て、アンジュのブドウ畑でビオワインを造ることを 決断。 2016年から2017年までBTSブドウ栽培醸造学校に通い、ウォーレン、ティエリー・ジェルマン、アイメリック・イ レール、ブルーノ・ロシャールのドメーヌで経験を積んだ。2018年にles erranceが誕生。 ファミーユ・メナール(ドメーヌ・デ・サブロネット)のシュナン1区画と、既に6.5haの畑がビオになっている町のグロロー とカベルネフランの各1区画。その畑を2019年4月に契約したのだが、なんと、その翌日にひどい霜被害が...。そんな ドメーヌ設立までの紆余曲折から、Les errances (彷徨、さまよう)がドメーヌの名前になった。 現在は、シュナン1.6ha、 グロロー2.3ha、カベルネフラン1.8haを所有。余計な介入をせず、高品質で健全な活気あるワイン造りに励んでいる。 After living in Rennes, Mexico City, Jönköping (Switzerland) and Paris, he decided to make biowine in the vineyards of Angers. He attended the BTS viticulture and oenology school from 2016 to 2017, gaining experience at the domaines of Warren, Thierry Germain, Aymeric Ilerre, and Bruno Rochard. les errance was born in 2018. One parcel of Chenin in Famille Menard (Domaine des Sabronnettes) and one parcel each of Grolleau and Cabernet Franc in a town that already has 6.5 ha of vineyards in bio. We signed a contract for that vineyard in April 2019, but lo and behold, the next day there was severe frost damage.... The twists and turns that led up to the establishment of the estate led to the name of the estate being changed to Les errances (Wandering). Currently, they own 1.6 ha of Chenin, 2.3 ha of Grolleau, and 1.8 ha of Cabernet Franc. The estate is committed to making high quality, sound, vibrant wines without unnecessary intervention.
