The quality just keeps getting better every year! \\about Vigna 生産者について// Cascina degli Ulivi (カッシーナ・デッリ・ウリヴィ) 現在借りた畑も含めて20haの畑を持ち、イタリアで数少ないビオディナミ農法を実践。畑の標高は平均300m。フラニョッティ畑、モンテマリーノ畑は丘の中腹に位置します。マメ科の植物の緑肥と、乳牛の堆肥等を施肥している。害虫駆除には硫黄とボルドー液のみを使用。収穫は手摘み。収穫量も50hl/ha以下に押さえています。 農園はとてもきれいな緑に溢れ、放し飼いの家禽類が楽しそうに戯れる楽園のような所。その当主、仙人のような風貌のステーファノ氏は、月が出ている時に土が育ち生命力を土に入れるんだよと、とつとつと語ってくれました。その味わいには大地から伝わってくるようなミネラル感や元気な酵母が醸した躍動感のある旨味がぎっしりと詰まっています。 また、栓を開けてから1週間後も生き生きとした香りや味わいがあり、さらに2週間以上たってから驚く程の味わいを発揮します。 その底力はまさにビオディナミで生命エネルギーを高めた『生きたワイン生命力に溢れたワイン』。 They have 20 hectares of vineyards, including the one they currently rent, and are one of the few in Italy to practice biodynamic farming. The altitude of the vineyards averages 300 meters. The Fragnotti and Montemarino vineyards are located on the hillside. Green manure from leguminous plants and compost from dairy cows and other fertilizers are applied. Only sulfur and Bordeaux solution are used for pest control. Harvesting is done by hand. Yields are kept below 50 hl/ha. The farm is like a paradise with beautiful greenery and free-range poultry happily playing around. The owner of the farm, Mr. Stefano, who has the appearance of a hermit, told us that when the moon is up, the soil grows and the life force is put into the soil. The taste is packed with minerality that seems to come from the earth and the vibrant flavor created by the energetic yeast. It also has a lively aroma and taste even a week after uncorking, and it shows its amazing flavor more than two weeks later. This is a biodynamic wine that is full of life and energy.
