The Dornfelder was vinified for a week in whole clusters, fermented in stainless steel tanks, debubbaged in foudres for several weeks to settle, and bottled without additives. The wine has a pale purple-rose color, aromas of violets and American cherries, prune and red currant fruit, and minerality with a freshness. \\about Vigna 生産者について// ヴァイングート・ヴェルナー Weingut Wörner (ドイツ/ラインヘッセン) ドイツナチュラルワインの若き旗手マルトの無農薬無添加の極み ラインヘッセン地方のマルティン・ヴェルナー氏は1993年生まれ。ヴェルナー家は代々ブドウ造りを生業にしており、祖父の代まではスパークリングワイン用に全てのブドウを売っておりました。 マルティンの父の代から自社ブドウを使った醸造を開始。 男3人兄弟の次男坊のマルティンの父親は寡黙で厳格な昔気質、幼少の頃から厳しく育てられました。 在学中の10代は、ギターやドラム、ペインティングなど音楽やアートが大好きで、さらに数学も得意だった彼は自由な発想を形にしたいと建築家になる思いをもっていたそうです。 ところが卒業前に、父親から知人のワイナリーの収穫の手伝いに派遣され、大きく人生と考えを方向転換します。 自らに『ヴィニュロンのDNAが宿っている』ことに気付いた彼は、卒業後は様々なワイナリーで研修生として働きワイン造りの勉強を開始、2015年に はオーストリアのナチュラルワインの造り手グートオッガウ、2016年はフランスのマタッサで学びます。 そんな折、父親が病気で倒れてしまい、2016年秋、マタッサでの収穫終了後、彼は実家に戻ります。そして父の持つ7haの畑のうち3haを自分のタ イミングで収穫し、2016VTGより初めて自らのワイン造りを開始。 (マルトワインシリーズの誕生です。マルトとは彼のニックネームです) これを契機に実家の畑の一部を正式に譲り受け、自らの修行で得た知識を元にブドウ造り・ワイン造りを開始。 彼が目指すのは無農薬の畑でのブドウ造りと自然酵母での発酵と酸化防止剤無添加のナチュラルワイン。 ナチュラルで透明感ある味わいをベースに、軽やかさと複雑さを兼ね備えたワインが彼の目指す基本スタイルです。ゆくゆくはクラシカルなスタイルの リースリングを造ることを視野に入れながらも、まだまだ若いので今は自由な発想でリスクに挑戦していきたいと語ります。 2016年の初VTGに父から譲りうけた畑は、現在計4.5haまで引き継いでおります。譲り受けた区画は、標高300mの小高い丘まるごと360度をぐるり と囲むようにブドウが植えられており、 北側の斜面はWURZER(ビュルツァー)、FABER(ファーバー)、BACCHUS(バッカス)、MULLER-THURGAU(ミュラートゥルガウ)、SYLVANER(シ ルヴァーナー)、SCHEUREBE(ショイレーベ)が混色で植えられており、土壌は小石混じりの砂岩土壌です。 南側の斜面がRIESLING(リースリング)の単一畑となっています。 現在、父と三男が実家でマルティンを手伝っており、長男の兄は別のワイナリーで研修中。 将来は兄も実家にS戻る予定で、男4人で実家すべての畑を無農薬に変え、ますますナチュラルワインに傾倒していくと夢を語るマルティン。 協力を惜しまず自由に畑・ワイン造りに挑戦させてくれる父に感謝してもしきれないと語るマルティン、ワイン造りで自らの発想を具現化する若い芸 術家の今後に期待が高まります。 『Vin de Lagamba Frauen Powerについて』 Alanna LagambaはMartinの彼女、スレンダーな見た目とは裏腹にエネルギーがあ ふれ出まくっておりかなりパンチある女性なんです! そして見た目通り、とてもオシャレな美人さん。 カナダ出身でベルリンのレストランで働いてる時にMartinのワインの虜になり、ラインヘッセンの小さな街にあるweingutへ一人突撃訪問したらしい。 で、結局付き合うことになり、もう既に数年一緒にMartoの実家に住みつき笑、畑で 一緒に働きセラーでもMartinと共にタクトを振るっている。 ナチュラルワインの世界では、昔から”攻めたワイン”なんて言葉があるけど、Alanna は”攻めた女性”です笑 英語はもちろんスラング全快、むっちゃ早くてむっちゃ nativeすぎて僕ごときではスピー ドについていくのも言葉を理解するのも至難で...笑 テンション上がると止まらない、更にスピードあがる。。。 もうちょっとゆっくりしゃべって、、、、、笑 でも、ワインのセンスや審美眼は無茶苦茶いい! Martoと一緒に新しく始めた『Vin de Lagamba Frauen power』というシリーズは、 Martinのワインとは一味違い、なんだか女性的な味わいのシリーズ。 マルトの厳格さ&冷静さにAlannaの情熱が見事に溶け合ったシリーズで、遊び心あ りながらもいいところを程よく攻めていてそれでいて全くチャラくない、そんなワイン達。 Martinの父が一歩ずつ引退に近づいている状況で、Alannaという有能でアクティヴ、 情熱たっぷりなパートナーも得た事で彼らが父から家族から引き継ぐカバーする、彼らが手をかける畑が増えていっている。 てことで、新しいキュベ達も仕込んでいこう、と。 それがこの新しいシリーズ。 さらに年に1種類、全てを彼女だけで手掛ける仕込むワインもつくっている。 その素晴らしいピノノワールも実は既に入荷済みでそのストーリーも興味深いけど、 それはまだまだ倉庫で寝かせますのでお披露目までお待ちくださいませ。 2022年夏の終わりにMartinとAlannaが造ったこのシリーズが弊社倉庫にはいり、いつも通りゆっくり3 ヶ月落ち着かせた上、新着ワインvol.12用として試飲、状態をチェケしてのリリース! この時、フランスはAuvergneのVincent TricotやJuraのMarnes Blanches、LoireからはSebastien RiffailtやGrapperieなど うちの錚々たる大ベテラン達の至極のワイン達と試飲したが、それらと比べても個人的には1番輝いてたのが彼らのワイン。 まだ29歳のMartin(Marto)ともう少し若い? Alanna(すみません、年齢きいてません!)。 ガイゼンハイム出身の仲間達の中でも最も若く最もストイック、そして頭脳も明晰で厳しいVisionと審美眼をもつMartoに、 Alannaという最高のパートナーが加わった。 これから彼らはどこまで行ってしまうのか。 毎年毎年の彼らとワインとの出会いが楽しみでなりまへん。 Weingut Wörner (Germany/Rheinhessen) The ultimate in pesticide-free and additive-free wines from the young standard-bearer of German natural wines, Mart. Martin Wörner from the Rheinhessen region was born in 1993. The Werner family has been in the grape business for generations, selling all their grapes for sparkling wine until his grandfather's generation. It was not until Martin's father's generation that they began vinification using their own grapes. The second of three sons, Martín's father was a quiet, strict, old-fashioned man who raised him strictly from an early age. As a teenager in school, he loved music and art (guitar, drums, painting, etc.) and was also good at math, and wanted to become an architect to give shape to his free ideas. Before graduating, however, his father sent him to help harvest a winery owned by an acquaintance, and he made a drastic change in his life and thinking. After graduation, he began studying winemaking at various wineries as a trainee, first at Gut Oggau, an Austrian natural winemaker in 2015, and then at Matassa in France in 2016. Then his father fell ill and in the fall of 2016, after the harvest at Matassa, he returned to his family home. He then harvested 3 hectares of his father's 7 hectares of vineyards with his own timing and started making his own wine for the first time from 2016VTG. (This is the birth of the Marto wine series. Malto is his nickname.) With this opportunity, he officially took over part of his family's vineyard and started making grapes and wine based on the knowledge he gained from his own training. His goal is to produce grapes from pesticide-free vineyards, ferment with natural yeast, and make natural wine with no added antioxidants. His basic style is based on a natural and transparent taste, with lightness and complexity. Eventually, he would like to make a classical style Riesling, but he is still young and wants to be free to take risks for now. The vineyard he inherited from his father on his first VTG in 2016 has now been taken over to a total of 4.5 ha. The plot is planted on a small hill at an altitude of 300m, surrounding the vineyards 360 degrees, with the northern slope planted with WURZER, FABER, BACCHUS, MULLER-TURGAU, and SYLVANER. The soil is sandstone with pebbles. The southern slope is a single vineyard of RIESLING. Currently, the father and third son are helping Martin at the family home, and the eldest brother is training at another winery. In the future, the elder brother plans to return to the family home, and Martín says that he dreams that the four men will convert all of the family's vineyards to pesticide-free and become more and more committed to natural wines. Martin says that he cannot thank his father enough for freely allowing him to challenge himself in the vineyard and winemaking, and he has high expectations for the future of this young artist who embodies his ideas in winemaking. About Vin de Lagamba Frauen Power Alanna Lagamba, Martin's girlfriend, is a woman who, despite her slender appearance, exudes energy and packs a punch! She is as stylish and beautiful as she looks. While working in a restaurant in Berlin, she fell in love with Martin's wines and went on a solo visit to a weingut in a small town in Rheinhessen. They have been together for several years now, working together in the vineyards and in the cellar with Martin. In the world of natural wine, there is an old saying about "aggressive wine," and Alanna is an "aggressive woman. At this time, I tasted the best wines of Vincent Tricot from Auvergne, Marnes Blanches from Jura, Sebastien Riffailt and Grapperie from Loire, and many other great veterans of our company, but compared to them, personally, their wines were the most brilliant.
