Aromas of quince, tangerine, and anise. The aroma is slightly exotic, like jasmine, with a grassy freshness. The palate is watery and low in tone, with a strong aroma, sharp acidity, and minerality, followed by a gorgeous aftertaste like that of a Japanese Shine Muscat. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Dluhe Grefty ドルゥヒ・グレフティ チェコ・モラヴィア ワイナリーはチェコの南西部にある小さな村、ムチェニツェ村にあり、最初にぶどう畑を造ったのは2008年、現在は家族と一緒に8つの区画で、合計1.5haのぶどう畑でミュラー・トゥルガウ、ゲヴュルツトラミネール、ノイブルガー、ピノブラン、リースリング、ヴェルシュリー スリング、ピノグリ、その他原産種をオーガニックで育てている。 畑は土壌は黄土と粘土質。 ワインは自然発酵で、通常は225Lサイズのオーク樽で澱と一緒に熟成され、ノンフィルターでボトリング。 基本的には介入を最小限に抑え、化学薬品等は一切使用せず、ヴィンテージごとに毎年ぶどうのブレンドや醸造方法が異なる。 2015年からワインを販売し始めたが、短期間で大気人気となり、今では世界各国に輸出されているがヤロスラヴはムチェニツェ村のテ ロワールを見せたいだけで、セラーで特殊なことはしていないと言う。 年間の生産量は5000本。 The winery is located in the village of Muchenice, a small village in the southwestern part of the Czech Republic. The first vineyard was planted in 2008, and today, together with the family, they grow Muller-Thurgau, Gewurztraminer, Neuburger, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Welschliet Sling, Pinot Gris, and other native varieties are grown organically. The vineyards have loess and clay soils. The wine is spontaneously fermented, usually aged on lees in 225L size oak barrels, and bottled unfiltered. Basically, intervention is kept to a minimum, no chemicals or other chemicals are used, and the blend of grapes and vinification methods vary each year from vintage to vintage. The wines have been available since 2015 and have quickly become atmospherically popular and are now exported around the world, but Jaroslav says he just wants to show the terroir of the village of Muchenice and does not do anything special in the cellar. The annual production is 5,000 bottles.
