A fresh and modern style, a new side of Romain! \\about Vigneron 生産者について// ロマン・ル・バール ROMAIN LE BARS ラングロールの系譜を踏む大型新人が目指すはモダン・ナチュラル！ 脈々と受け継がれるラングロールの系譜 エリック・ピュフェルリング（ラングロール）のエスプリを継承するのは、息子のチボーとジョリスだけではない。 筆頭はヴァランタン・ヴァルス、アド・ヴィヌムのセバスチャン・シャティヨン、そして独立を果たしたフェルム・デュ・カードのダヴィド・テシエなど、エリックの周りには常に綺羅星のようなヴィニュロンが溢れている。 そんな中、また新たに超ド級の新人が彗星のごとく現れた！その名も“ロマン・ル・バール”！ ロマンはパリ郊外で生まれ、パリ育ち、生粋のパリジャン。 父は、まだ自然派ワインを出している店が少ない90年代に自然派ワインへ熱いパッションを持ち、レストランを経営していた。 そんな父のもと幼い頃から自然派ワインに慣れ親しんでいたロマン。 バラタンのラケルやピヌッシュとも仲良くしていたが、ワインに全く興味はなく(笑)法律の大学へと進む。 アルバイトで始めたレストランのウェイターを6年続けていた最中、こんな不規則な生活は一体なんだ！と、思い悩み始めていた。 そんなある日、父とラングロールのワインを飲み交わしていたとき突如『ワインを学ぼう！そしてラングロールの元でワインを知ろう！』と天命のようなひらめきが！ 都会を捨て一路ぶどう農家へと華麗なる変身…！ そして人生を180度回転！ ワイン及びぶどう栽培学を学びに、ソミュールのワイン学校へ入学。 ペニタントの試飲会でエリックに会い、彼の元で働きたいと交渉したところ、ちょうどエリックも人を探していたという幸運にめぐり逢いラングロールで働かせてもらえることになった！ 名をあげる人にはこういった必然のような偶然がよくおこるものだ。 ラングロールで7年間修行した後、まずはタヴェルにグルナッシュとシラーの畑、計1.2haほど獲得。 タヴェルのアペラシオンの許可が下り、満を持して2018年に独立！ 自身のセラーでエリックの下で習ったことを実行している。 今ではパリに来ても落ち着かず、ぶどう栽培そしてワイン造りの仕事が最も自分に合っていると、いつでも満面の笑顔で話してくれるロマン。 原点はやはりラングロールのワイン。 2020年現在、所有・賃貸する畑は約12haまで増やした！とはいえ、これから頑張って自分で開墾していかないといけないというタフな仕事が…。 さらなる夢は、自分の仕事を通して、よりフレッシュでモダンな新しいワイン造りを皆さんにお届けすることだとか！ こうご期待！ A newcomer in the L'Anglore lineage aims to create a modern vin de nature! It is not only his sons, Thibault and Joris, who carry on the spirit of Eric Puferling (L'Anglore). The first is Valentin Valls, Sébastien Chatillon of Ad Vinum, and David Tessier of Ferme du Card, who has become independent, and Eric is constantly surrounded by a glittering array of vignerons. In the midst of all this, another super-duper newcomer has appeared like a comet! His name is "Romain Le Barre"! Romain was born and raised in the suburbs of Paris, and is a true Parisian. His father had a passion for natural wines and ran a restaurant in the 90's when there were still few restaurants serving natural wines. Romain became familiar with natural wines at an early age under his father's tutelage. He was good friends with Raquel and Pinoche of Baratang, but he was not interested in wine at all (lol), and went on to law school. While working as a waiter in a restaurant for 6 years, which he started as a part-time job, he began to wonder, "What in the world is this irregular life! he began to wonder. Then one day, while sharing a glass of L'Anglore wine with his father, he suddenly thought, "Let's learn wine! And I will learn about wine under L'Anglore! It was like a divine inspiration! He left the city and became a grape farmer...! And his life took a 180 degree turn! He enrolled in a wine school in Saumur to learn about wine and viticulture. At a wine tasting in Penitant, she met Eric and negotiated with him to work for him. Such coincidences often happen to people who make a name for themselves. After 7 years of training at Langlois, he first acquired 1.2 ha of Grenache and Syrah vineyards in Tavel. After receiving permission for the appellation of Tavel, he became independent in 2018! In his own cellar, he is implementing what he learned under Eric. Romain now says with a big smile that he never feels at home in Paris and that his work in viticulture and winemaking suits him the best. His roots are still in the wines of Langlois. As of 2020, he has increased the vineyards he owns or leases to about 12 hectares! However, he has a tough job ahead of him where he will have to work hard and cultivate the land by himself.... His dream is to bring you a new, fresher, more modern winemaking style through his work! We are looking forward to it!
