Alc. 12% ジャン・フランソワ・ニックは、オクトーブルをその年の「ヴィンテージを映す鏡」として造っているので、気合の入れ具合が凄い！ なにせこのワインが不味かったら、その年のフラール・ルージュのワインは不出来と思われてしまうのだから… オクトーブルの名は、フランスでは10月にリリースしている為、「Octobre オクトーブル（10月）」と付けている。 また、1990年に公開された映画の題名、「レッド・オクトーバーを追え!」（実話の理想的共産党革命を元にしたストーリー）もモチーフにしている。 2022年は4月から9月にかけて全く雨が降らず乾燥した年。 しかし、ぶどうは健全で、収穫量も問題なく、発酵もうまく進んだ。 乾燥により凝縮した果実味がパンパンに詰まったワインに仕上がった！ Jean-François Nic is very enthusiastic about the Octobres, as he makes them as a "mirror of the vintage" of the year! The transparency of the wine allows it to blend easily into the body, and it is a Swiss type of wine that you will never get tired of drinking! \\about Vigneron　生産者について// フラール・ルージュ - ジャン・フランソワ・ニック Foulard Rouge - Jean-François Nic 自然派帝国ルーションの地に、ゆるぎない自然派のパイオニアここにあり 【フラール・ルージュ伝説】 エステザルク時代の10年間にジャン・フランソワ・ニックがすすめた大偉業 1.自然にワインを造ることの第一歩として、フィルターをかけない瓶詰めから始めた。エステザルクで働く人、契約している栽培者が飲むワイン（ビュベット）があり、試しにノンフィルターにしたところ、皆があまりの違いに驚き、かつ、美味しさを認めてくれた。 2.人工培養酵母から自然酵母に変えた（2年目） 当時99.9％は人工酵母を使用していた時代に！ 3.SO2の量を徐々に減らし、最終的にSO2を入れない醸造に成功。（3年目） ～訪問記～ 「彼」にはじめて会ったのは、南フランスでジュネ（夏の知らせを告げる花）が咲き始めるころでした。 はじめてのフランス、はじめての蔵元訪問で各地を周り、大トリはスペイン国境近くのルーション。山脈が連なるこの土地を訪れた目的はもちろんルーションの大スター、フラール・ルージュに訪問するため。 フランス各地のワインショップ・ビストロで見かけた「赤いマフラー」のエチケット。否応がなしに期待が高まる我々とは裏腹に、どこか素っ気なさを感じるくらいにあまり多くを語らないジャン・フランソワ・ニック。 畑をフカフカに耕すために飼いはじめた馬の説明の時だけは嬉しそうでした。最初に案内されたのは、ソワフ・ド・マルの畑。ジュネが生い茂る山道を進み、森の中にぽっかりと広がるぶどう畑。 ジャン・フランソワが惚れ込み、独立を決意し開墾した畑。 常人では信じられないほどに厳しい環境の原生林を開墾するのは、並大抵の精神力ではない。 移動し、グラヌールとグラヌーズの畑へ。2つキュベの大きな違いは同じ畑ながら斜面中部から収穫される「グラヌール」斜面上部の「グラヌーズ」グラヌーズの畑の頂上に立ち、青い空とブドウ畑しか見えない景色と体中に浴びた風は今でも忘れられません。 2018年3月、奥さんのYOYOと共に来日して、日本中のファンを魅了した！ これからもますます目が離せない！ In the land of the naturalist empire of Roussillon, here is an unshakable pioneer of natural wine. It was my first visit to France and my first visit to a brewery, and the last stop was Roussillon near the Spanish border. The purpose of the visit to this mountainous region was, of course, to visit Frard Rouge, the star of the Roussillon wine region. The "red scarf" etiquettes we saw in wine stores and bistros throughout France. Contrary to our undeniably high expectations, Jean-François Nick does not say much, to the point of being somewhat curt. He seemed happy only when explaining about the horses he had started to raise to plow the fields. The first place we were taken to was the Soif de Mar vineyard. We followed a mountain road overgrown with Genet, and the vineyards spread out in the middle of the forest. Jean-François fell in love with this vineyard and decided to become independent and cultivate it. It takes a great deal of mental strength to cultivate a virgin forest in an environment that is incredibly harsh for ordinary people. Moving on, we went to the vineyards of Graneur and Graneuse, where the main difference between the two cuvées is that the "Graneur" is harvested from the middle part of the slope, while the "Graneuse" is harvested from the upper part of the slope.
