It is bright and lovely, with fruity, opulent fruit flavors intertwined with fresh citrus and herbs. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// ファブリス・ドダン（ドメーヌ・ド・サンピエール） Fabrice Dodane [Domaine Saint Pierre] ファブリス・ドダンは、アルボワの美しい小さな町で生まれました。 葡萄栽培やワイン醸造に関係する家柄ではありませんでしたが、ドメーヌ・ド・サン・ピエール前当主のフィリップ・モンクと知り合い、醸造所の社員として働き始めました。フィリップの畑は有機栽培ではありませんでしたが、健康的なワインを造るためファブリスが2002年より有機およびバイオダイナミック農法へ切り替え、より一層ナチュラルなワイン造りを目指しておりましたが、フィリップが亡くなった2012年にファブリスがドメーヌを買い取り引き継ぐと事となり、現在に至っております。 現在7haを所有。ドメーヌ・サンピエールの畑は95％がアペラシオン・アルボワにあり、非常に風通しが良くミネラル感に富むワインを産み出します。その他にコート・ド・ジュラ、そしてワインに重みを与えてくれる粘土質泥灰岩の土壌が特徴的なPupillonの丘の上にも小さな区画を所有し、ピノ・ノワール、プールサール、シャルドネ、サヴァニャンを栽培しています。 Fabrice Dodin was born in the beautiful small town of Arbois. He did not come from a family involved in viticulture or winemaking, but he became acquainted with Philippe Monk, former owner of Domaine de Saint-Pierre, and began working as an employee at the winery. Philippe's vineyards were not organic, but Fabrice switched to organic and biodynamic farming in 2002 in order to make healthier wines. In 2012, when Philippe passed away, Fabrice bought the estate and took over. Currently, he owns 7 hectares. 95% of Domaine St. Pierre's vineyards are in the appellation Arbois, which produces very well-ventilated, mineral-rich wines. The estate also owns small plots on the Côte de Jura and on the Pupillon hill, which is characterized by clay marl soils that give weight to the wines, and grows Pinot Noir, Poulsard, Chardonnay, and Savagnin.
