The project officially began in 2017 with the addition of 1.5 ha of organic vineyards from 1985 in Monzambano. The following year another 5.5 ha were added for diverse cultivation, not only grapes, but also to grow grains and vegetables, and to manage a wide variety of flora and fauna, including flowers for the bees. All of their products are rooted in the earth and created with the intention of providing "living" food that is rich, energetic, and full of light. In doing so, they nourish humans deeply and build a strong relationship with the environment.
