Fermentation in direct-press cement vats Second fermentation in bottle \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Antonio Camazola　アントニオ・カマゾーラ 2011年にアントニオ・カマゾーラが手に入れた高樹齢の葡萄の木で構成された小さな畑から始まったワイナリー。Vigne del Pellagrosoは1800年に同じ村で出版された農民たちのアンチ体制的大衆紙「Il Pellagroso」から。 2017年にモンザンバーノに1985から有機栽培の畑を1.5ha追加し、プロジェクトが正式にスタート。翌年さらに5.5haを葡萄のみならず多様的な栽培を目的とし、穀物や野菜を育て、ミツバチのための花など多種多様な動植物を管理している。 彼らのプロダクトは全て大地に根付き、豊かでエネルギーに満ち、光に満ちた「生きた」食べ物を提供することを意図して生まれる。そうすることで、人間に深い栄養を与え、環境と強い関係を築くことができる。 The winery began in 2011 with a small vineyard composed of old vines acquired by Antonio Camazola; Vigne del Pellagroso is from Il Pellagroso, the peasants' anti-establishment popular newspaper published in the same village in 1800. The project officially began in 2017 with the addition of 1.5 ha of organic vineyards from 1985 in Monzambano. The following year another 5.5 ha were added for diverse cultivation, not only grapes, but also to grow grains and vegetables, and to manage a wide variety of flora and fauna, including flowers for the bees. All of their products are rooted in the earth and created with the intention of providing "living" food that is rich, energetic, and full of light. In doing so, they nourish humans deeply and build a strong relationship with the environment.
