A few years later, Sandrine had the opportunity to purchase 2 hectares of excellent red wine grapes and set up the her own business separately from Elian Das Ros. Sandrine married Elian Das Ros, a soil professional, who had acquired a wealth of knowledge about everything from viticulture to vinification through her connections with the big-name producers. With great support both publicly and privately, she met a small vineyard that gave her goosebumps the moment she saw it and couldn't help but purchase it. All three of these crossed together to produce a great wine from the first vintage!
