【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 region】オーストラリア Australia ヴィクトリア州 Victoria St. 【品種 variety】ピノ・ムニエ Pinot Meunier 50%、シャルドネ Chardonnay 50% 【タイプ type】ロゼ rosé ビクトリア州キングヴァレー、天空の川と呼ばれるウィットランズ（標高830m）のエミネンス・ワインズの畑で丁寧に育てられたピノ・ムニエとシャルドネを使用したロゼワイン。 手摘みで収穫されたピノ・ムニエ50％、シャルドネ50％。軽く破砕して除梗し、そのままプレス機に投入し、6時間以上かけてじっくりとプレス（収量量は65％程度）。 ステンレスタンク内で自然発酵させた後、沈殿させてフレンチ古樽に移す。部分的にマロラクティック発酵（MLF）を行い、8ヶ月間熟成。無清澄、無濾過でボトリング。王冠キャップ。 クチナシの香りとフレンチトーストとゆずバターの味わい。粘性のあるワインなので、ポーチドホタテやジャムドーナツと合わせるのがおすすめ。 Rosé wine made from Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes carefully grown in the Eminence Wines vineyards at Whitlands (830m above sea level), King Valley, Victoria, known as the River in the Sky. 50% Pinot Meunier and 50% Chardonnay harvested by hand. Lightly crushed and destemmed, then put straight into the press and slowly pressed for more than 6 hours (yield around 65%). After spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is settled and transferred to old French barrels. Partial malolactic fermentation (MLF) and maturation for 8 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Crown cap. Aromas of gardenias and flavours of French toast and yuzu butter.
