The result is a wine that combines clarity, youthful, pretty fruit and an elegant appearance. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Christian Venier クリスチャン・ヴニエ クリスチャン・ヴニエは、若い頃から自然派ワインに興味を抱いており、1995年に従兄弟のティエリー・ピュズラと一緒に農業学校に入学しました。 農薬の害などについて農民や周辺住民が知らなかった時代に、ルネ・モスやジュー・ピトン達とも一緒に、当時としては革新的な有機栽培を学びました。 クリスチャン家系は、ロワール地方のブロワ近くで何代も続いている農家ですが、スタート時には、父親の畑の葡萄が醸造に適していなかったので、畑を借りましたが、現在は葡萄の植え替えも終えてトータル7ha弱の畑を所有。7つの品種を栽培しています。 Christian Venier has been interested in natural wines since he was a young man, and in 1995 he enrolled in agricultural school with his cousin Thierry Puzla.
