Fleshy and juicy, but with a crisp acidity that keeps the wine from tiring. Landières is the name of the street facing the vineyard. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// JONATHAN MAUNOURY ジョナサン・モノリー 当主のジョナサンは幼少期から化学を得意とし大学卒業後はプラスチックの製造、分析に携わる仕事をしていた。 もともとワインラバーであったジョナサンは、会社を辞め、一からワインを造る事を志す。 ブルゴーニュで醸造・栽培を学んだ後、PiereGonon, Marc Angeli, Chandon de Briaillesなどの名門で修業を積んだ。 2017年に独立を決断、石灰岩の多く表土が30cm未満、20年前からビオロジックで管理された理想とする畑をソミュール・ノートルダム・ピィに見つけた。 ジョナサンが購入後はすぐにビオディナミに転換、畑の個性や自分の造りたいスタイルが確立されていき、徐々に添加物を加えない、自然なワイン造りにシフトしている。 赤ワインはこの土地では珍しい全房発酵を行っており、繊細さとエレガントさのあるワインの製造を目指している。 ロワールに住んでからピノドニスの魅力に気が付いたジョナサンは、現在ピノドニスを積極的に植え付けをしている。 The owner, Jonathan, has been a chemist since childhood and after graduating from university worked in the production and analysis of plastics. Originally a wine lover, Jonathan quit his job and decided to make wine from scratch. After studying vinification and viticulture in Burgundy, he trained at prestigious wineries such as PiereGonon, Marc Angeli and Chandon de Briailles. In 2017, he decided to set up on his own and found his ideal vineyard in Saumur Notre Dame Pie, with a lot of limestone, less than 30 cm of topsoil and managed biologically for the past 20 years. After Jonathan bought the vineyard, it was soon converted to biodynamics, and as the personality of the vineyard and the style he wanted to produce became established, he gradually shifted to natural winemaking, with no additives. His red wines are whole cluster fermented, which is unusual for the region, and he aims to produce wines with finesse and elegance. Jonathan discovered the appeal of Pinot Donis after living in the Loire and is now actively planting Pinot Donis.
