【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 region】オーストラリア Australia ニュー・サウス・ウェールズ New South Wales 【品種 variety】グルナッシュ 55%、ネロ・ダーヴォラ 30%、ヴェルメンティーノ 15% 【タイプ type】ロゼ　rosé Pink 2023ヴィンテージは、ニュー・サウス・ウェールズ州の州境に近いサウス・オーストラリア州リヴァーランド産のグルナッシュとネロ・ダーヴォラを使用したピンクワイン（ロゼ）。 手摘み収穫したグルナッシュはアンフォラへバスケットプレスされ、ネロ・ダーヴォラ、ヴェルメンティーノはステンレスタンクでプレス。 マロラクティック発酵の後、澱引きし、2ヶ月間ステンレスタンクで熟成。 これらの様々な技法とタンク種類を使用することにより、テクスチャーが豊かでエネルギッシュなロゼに個性が加えられている。 2023年も冷涼な年であったため、収穫するタイミングが遅く、酸がより強調され、イチゴの含みの下にシャーベットのようなジンワリとした味わい。 The Pink 2023 vintage is a pink wine (rosé) made from Grenache and Nero d'Avola from the Riverland region of South Australia, near the New South Wales border. The hand-harvested Grenache is basket-pressed into amphorae, while the Nero d'Avola and Vermentino are pressed in stainless steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is racked and aged in stainless steel tanks for 2 months. The use of these various techniques and tank types adds character to this textured and energetic rosé. After immigrating to Sydney, Australia from a small Greek village in 1962, Aristotle, the father of current owner Tony, and his mother, Anthoula, missed the wines they had made and drunk in Greece, and began making their own wine in Australia in 1985. More than 30 years later, Aristotle, along with his son Tony, decided to open this special family wine to the public, and Ari's Natural Wine was born. Based in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Aristotelis Ke Anthoula Wine focuses on creating a pure expression of the wines' character by tampering as little as possible. All fruit is hand-harvested and grown with care. Our wines are made almost exclusively from grapes, with little or no machinery. Vinification is carefully done by hand, and a lot of time and effort is put into maximizing flavor. We use natural wild yeasts for fermentation and do not add any chemicals or preservatives. All of our wines are unfiltered and unfined.
