Fermentation and ageing in glass fibre tanks, bottled June 2023. \\from Importer インポーターコメント// 僅かに紫がかった中程度の赤色。熟したブラックベリーやブルーベリー、カシスの若々しく緻密な香りに、クローブやナツメグ、木の皮などの甘苦い香り、コリアンダーやカルダモンの清涼感のあるスパイス香、土や茎、赤紫蘇などを想わせる香りが加わります。雑味のない清らかなミディアムタッチで、甘やかさと酸のある黒系果実のピュアな風味が広がります。果汁のように瑞々しく溌剌とした果実味に、土やカカオニブのようなビターな風味、様々なスパイスのニュアンスが感じられ深みや抑揚を与えています。かぐわしい紅茶の香りが鼻腔に抜け、上品な印象を余韻に残します。 Medium red colour with a slight purple tinge. Youthful, dense aromas of ripe blackberries, blueberries and blackcurrants are joined by sweet and bitter notes of cloves, nutmeg and tree bark, cool spice notes of coriander and cardamom, and hints of earth, stems and red shiso. The wine has a clean medium touch with no clutter and a pure flavour of black fruits with sweetness and acidity. The fruit is juicy and lively, with earthy, cocoa nib-like bittersweet flavours and various spice nuances, giving it depth and restraint. The nose is fragrant with hints of black tea, leaving a lingering impression of refinement. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Sébastien Dervieux – Les Vignes de Babass セバスチャン・デルヴュー - レ・ヴィーニュ・ド・ババス 2010年に解散したグリオットの生産者2人のうちの1人です。成長著しい彼らの会社は、やがては税金対策のため設備投資を増やすことになり、その設備を稼働させるためにブドウを他からも購入し、自分たちがコントロールできる範囲を超えて不本意な手順でワインを造ることになるかも知れないと判断し惜しまれつつも解散となりました。それぞれ別の蔵元を立ち上げ小さなドメーヌとして再出発しましたが、二人の関係は今も全く変わっておりません。 セバスチャン・デルヴューは、18歳からブドウ畑で働きながら栽培の学校に入学、2年間在学した後に普通のワイナリーに就職しました。そこで栽培と醸造の責任者を3年間務めました。その当時にマルクアンジェリと出会い、ブドウの栽培とワイン造りに関して大きく影響を受け、彼のようなワインを造りたいといった気持ちを抑え切れず退職、自身のワイナリーを立ち上げる準備を始めました。グリオット時代から引き継いだ畑から徐々に増え、現在は約4.2haの畑を所有しております。セバスチャンは生産者達の中では兄貴的存在で、面倒見が良くとても慕われています。彼から紹介した貰った生産者も多く、私達からも信頼のおける生産者の一人です。 He is one of two Griot producers who dissolved in 2010. Their fast-growing company eventually decided to increase its capital expenditures for tax purposes, and they purchased grapes from other sources in order to run their facilities, which they regrettably decided to dissolve after deciding that they might end up making wine using unwilling procedures beyond their control. They started up their own vineyards and reestablished themselves as a small estate, but their relationship has not changed at all. Sébastien Dervieux started viticulture school at the age of 18 while working in the vineyards, and after two years of schooling, he found a job at a regular winery. There he was in charge of viticulture and winemaking for three years. He met Marc Angeli during that time and was so inspired by his work in viticulture and winemaking that he could not resist the urge to make wines like his, so he left his job and began preparing to start his own winery. He left his job and prepared to start his own winery, gradually increasing the vineyard area from the one he inherited from Griot, and now owns approximately 4.2 hectares. Sébastien is like a big brother among the other producers, and is well taken care of and loved by them. Many producers were introduced to us by him, and he is one of our most trusted producers.
