The pure fruitiness of this non-dosage wine is conveyed straightforwardly, while the umami and richness of the wine are still firmly apparent. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Remi Leroy レミ・ルロワ シャンパーニュ地方の南部、シャブリに近いコート・デ・バールの若手生産者。トロワ市の東南約50㎞に位置する住民200人ほどの小さな村ムルヴィルにドメーヌはあります。トータル9 haを所有し、父の代からネゴシアンにブドウを販売してきました。レミが「畑の男」と評する父は、休日も畑に出て生き生きとした姿で土やブドウの樹に接しており、子供のころからそんな父の背中を追ってブドウ栽培の手伝いをしていました。 そしてアヴィーズのブドウ栽培学校に通った後、父の範疇ではなかった醸造にも興味を持ちはじめ、ボルドー大学で醸造科のディプロムを2006年に取得しました。ルイ・ロデレールとヴエット・エ・ソルベで修業した後、2008年に父の元に戻り、2009年から自身のシャンパーニュ造りを始めました。現在は生活を成り立たせるため、ネゴシアンにブドウを販売しながら、一部の区画だけ（2014年は約3 ha 分）で自身のキュヴェを仕込んでいます。 今後納得のいく収穫が得られるごとに、徐々にその割合を増やしていく予定で、単一区画、単一収穫年のキュヴェを造るべく準備中です。特に台地に位置する「メール・シュール・モン（山の上の海）」という名の区画は、まさに小山が海のように連なる場所で、日差しを存分に受け、ピノ・ノワール、ピノ・ムニエ、シャルドネのほか、ピノ・ブランも混植されています。 A young producer from the Côte des Barres in the southern part of Champagne, near Chablis. After training at Louis Roederer and Vouett-et-Sorbet, he returned to his father in 2008 and started making his own Champagne in 2009. In order to make ends meet, he sells grapes to négociants and makes his own cuvée from only a few parcels (about 3 ha in 2014). We are preparing to make a single plot, single harvest year cuvée, with the plan to gradually increase the percentage as we obtain a satisfactory harvest.
