【内容量 content】750ml 【産地 region】南アフリカ South Africa, スワートランド Swartland 【品種 variety】セミヨングリ Semillon Gris 100% 【タイプ type】オレンジ Orange 【土壌 soil】 深いローム土壌の南アフリカで最初に植えられたセミヨンのぶどうを使用。乾燥農業、ブッシュヴァイン。 【醸造 vinification】 手摘みで収穫。選果後、破砕、全房にて2～3日間ジュースのままスキンコンタクト、同じく全房にて3～7日間スキンコンタクト（発酵途中のジュース）、さらに発酵後20日間マセレーションしたワインをプレスし、それぞれ別の旧樽で6カ月熟成（樽で発酵するのもある）。 これらをすべてをブレンドし、ノンフィルターにて瓶詰。SO2不添加。「ルイフルン」とは、セミヨンが自然な突然変異が赤色に色づくことを指している。 The grapes are harvested by hand. After selection, the grapes are crushed, skin-contacted with whole clusters of juice for 2-3 days, skin-contacted with whole clusters for 3-7 days (juice during fermentation), and then macerated for 20 days after fermentation, pressed, and aged for 6 months in different old barrels (some fermented in barrels). All are blended and bottled unfiltered, with no SO2 added. Melon, sudachi and woody aroma. Taste is of Japanese citrus like iyokan juice with a texture of Slightly nectar-like in its tenderness. Gorgeous cardamom, orange peel and moderate tannins gently balance. Root and earth flavours add complexity, with a slightly sweet black tea aftertaste. \\About Vigneron 生産者について// スワーワー　SWERWER ヤスパー・ウィッケン　Jasper Wickens ヤルゲンと並び、スワートランドきってのクレイジーな若手生産者。まだスワートランドの有名なワイナリー、バデンホーストで修業中だが近い将来、独立するため、自分のブランド、スワーワーを立ち上げる。スワーワーとは、旅人、放浪者というアフリカ語で、その昔、彼はいろんな国を旅し、いろんな国で醸造を経験したことから、そう名付ける。 Along with Järgen, he is one of the craziest young producers in Swartland. He is still training at Badenhorst, a famous Swartland winery, but he will soon start his own brand, Swower, in order to become independent. Swower is an African word meaning "traveler" or "wanderer," and he calls himself such because he has traveled and brewed in many different countries in the past.
