The rounded, gentle attack is accompanied by a lively acidity that reminds one of biting into an apple, and the plump, fresh fruitiness expands with bouncy gas. The delicate bubbles disappear as they settle in, and on the palate the fruity flavours are given fullness and depth by the fragrance of choucréfilet and honey, while the bitterness and saltiness of the citrus peel and inner skin stay in place with a crisp edge. The dry finish harmonises fresh fruit flavours and mellow impressions with the complexity and depth of ageing and lactic mellowness. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Laurent Bannwarth ローラン・バーンワルト 1960年代にコルマールの南にある小さな村、オべルモルシュビールで1960年代に創業。現当主のステファンは、80年代に父の後を継ぎ栽培をバイオダイナミクスに転換、醸造においてはクラシカルな方法を採用しておりましたが、クリスチャン・ビネーと出会い2007年から自然派ワイン造りに取り組んでいます。2010年にはジャンマルク・ブリニョが、彼のブドウでワインを仕込んだことから、亜硫酸無添加のワインを主として造るようになっており、2011年からアンフォラを使ったワインも造るなど、とても挑戦的な生産者です。 It was founded in the 1960s in Obermorschwihr, a small village south of Colmar.
