The finish is light and floral with orange tea. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// スミェスカ Vinařství Směska | イヴァン・クライバー Ivan kleiber 祖父と父も小さなワイン醸造家だったイヴァンはチェコのヴァルチツェにある唯一ワインについて学べる高校を卒業後、ブルノにあるメンデル大学でぶどう栽培工学を専門で学ぶ。 卒業後、2年間世界中を旅してチェコ共和国に戻リ、22歳のとき父親がザイェチーの村で1haの小さなワイナリーを立ち上げ、ぶどう園の手伝いとしてそこで働き始め、ワイン技術者のアシスタントとしてセラーで働き、5年後セラー長になる。 14年間で1haだったぶどう園は22haへ。その後変化を求め、プラハの農林水産省のワイン部門で2年間働き、そこで現在の妻イヴァと出会い2018年にモラヴィアの南部で小さなワイナリーを夫婦で設立する。 スミェスカとはチェコ語で混合という意味で、モラヴィアの南部出身の夫とプラハ出身の妻、2つの異なる人格の混合という意味や多くの品種を混ぜ合わせてワインを造っているという意味から名付けている。 After graduating from the only wine high school in Valčice, Czech Republic, where his grandfather and father were also small winemakers, Ivan went to Mendel University in Brno, where he specialized in viticultural engineering. After graduation, he traveled around the world for two years before returning to the Czech Republic. At the age of 22, his father started a small winery with 1 ha in the village of Zajeci, where he began working as a vineyard assistant and then in the cellar as a wine technician's assistant, becoming cellar manager after five years. In 14 years, the vineyard grew from 1 ha to 22 ha. He then wanted a change and worked for 2 years in the wine department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in Prague, where he met his current wife, Iva, and together they founded a small winery in the south of Moravia in 2018. The name "Smieska" means "mixture" in Czech, meaning that the husband is from southern Moravia and the wife is from Prague, a mixture of two different personalities and many varieties of wine.
